I came across these labels in a discount store and thought it would be a great idea. Unfortunately I never heard of them until now. Before you just give up maybe you can try to relaunch your product. I am looking forward to seeing how this product gets upgraded and and advanced. I have some simple suggestions for a Pack and Track 2.0 1. I’d love to be able to rearrange the items listed in each box, so I can organize my lists better without having to remove and add again and again. 2. It would be awesome to be able to move one product from one box to the another box without having to delete and retype. 3. When I search I’d like to be able to see all the options for that word not just one option. 4. I would like to be able to remove and rearrange the pictures in each box. I was able to label my collectibles and storage items and group them according to category. It’s discreet because only you know what’s in the box/tote if you keep the info in the app and not write it on the box. It was a great app and I have hundreds of things scanned. Unfortunately they are scanned on an iPhone 6 and the information can’t be transferred. ### 1/5 — Sinking Duck *2022-11-17, version 4.06* Agree with recent reviews. Used the product for inventory organization for EBay store. I have always exclusively purchased duck brand branded tape and packing and shipping products to support the business. When app is deleted, it will be time to move on to ULINE products as a replacement to duck branded produc ### 1/5 — Good but cloud sync doesn’t work *2020-12-11, version 4.05* I currently use a cloud based spreadsheet system to track box items and someone recommended this. I can’t get the cloud sync to let me register without a “registration failed” message. Contacted support twice both times they said they were aware of the issue and it should be resolved now. Each time they are wrong. My spreadsheet system will just have to do the job since I need more than one person to be able to access the data from multiple devices. ### 1/5 — Stopped connecting to online account *2020-12-08, version 4.05* App has been working well until mid November 2020. It is now unable to connect to servers. Stopped syncing data and the spinning icon never goes away. Tried login out and login back in and message “Login failed” try again. Resetting password option fails to deliver email. On browser we are able to see the list of labels, not much else. Waiting for developer response..... ### 1/5 — App needs work *2020-02-09, version 4.05* The app is simple enough, but the steps are so redundant. Let me title my box, add items, and take a photo in one step! The pop up voice prompt is annoying. The voice recognition is usually incorrect. Syncing issues are a nightmare! Data is not stored in the cloud, it's stored in your phone. No phone? No data. Want to rename your items? Better hope you don't close your app without refreshing or you'll have to delete the old names manually. Ugh. I feel like I wasted my entire day!! ### 1/5 — BUYER BEWARE!!! *2019-07-25, version 4.05* This is a great idea that’s underpinned by a single fatal flaw - very poor app design. You will go through hours of hard work scanning in boxes, recording contents and taking pictures. Then, you’ll create a Duck Pack & Track online account and connect it to the app, thinking your data is now “safe” in the cloud. Then, one day, you’ll break or lose your phone and discover that all your hard work (boxes and data) were actually NOT being synced to your online account. Instead, the data was stored locally on your device because the app requires YOU to MANUALLY sync the app anytime you add/remove/update an item. This is absolutely, sad, ridiculous and unacceptable in this modern era. Save yourself this hassle and frustration and just record your boxes the old-school way or look for another solution. Shame on you Duck!! ### 1/5 — Won’t do what they say it will *2019-05-24, version 4.05* I got the stickers, thinking I could finally organize my huge pile of computer parts. I scanned a box of video cards, uploaded them to the web app, and used my PC to type in all the descriptions in. Saved the file, then went to my iPod and did a sync. EVERYTHING I TYPED WAS GONE. All that time wasted. Tried to copy the list to my iPad - didn’t work out either. Contacted support, waiting to see if they have some sort of response to this. ### 1/5 — Could be great but isn’t! *2019-04-01, version 4.05* Great idea but poorly executed. If you are using it on one phone it works great. Try to use the sync boxes to an account and all heck breaks loose. My wife adds things to a box on her phone, syncs and it shows up on mine. Which is good but when I delete an item from the box on my phone and sync all is not well. The item stills shows on her phone after syncing. She also has to delete it to get it to go away. What a hassle not to mention gives you a false idea of what’s in the box. The whole box sync is a nightmare!!!! The sync is also manually done which causes you to have to go through hoops to get to the button to sync. Why isn’t it right there on the main page? Plus the sync should be automatic every so often, like every 5 minutes. If your using it on one phone it’s worth it but for multiple people to use I do not recommend this. ### 1/5 — Not Happy *2019-01-23, version 4.05* I used the pack and track system to scan and log 87 boxes. I used the sync option for iCloud and Dropbox. My photos have disappeared. Can anyone tell me what happened? I was very excited about using the system as I am an organizer by nature. What a let down!!!! ### 2/5 — Bummer *2023-01-16, version 4.06* The app WORKS FANTASTIC!!!. Unfortunately, the developer has decided to cancel their support for the app. I Have 4 packs of worthless labels now. I discovered this right when you stopped selling the labels so they were expensive. Can you sell the app? Can you do something like make it charge $2.00 a month or 20 dollars a year for subscriptions and start charging more for the stickers? There has to be an alternative to abandoning all of the people who have invested in your product! I mean…. At one point and time, this app said that it would continue to be supported. It’s fantastic I have over 250 labeled boxes. I’m will to pay for the use!!!!!! For now , Why can’t I see my boxes as each line shows as black so I can’t see the word. ### 5/5 — Unbelievably Disappointed *2022-11-11, version 4.05* That Duck is planning to delete this app. I use this for everything and have put stickers on all my holiday boxes, then bought more for office inventory and my craft room. Can’t tell you how great these are for organizing craft supplies. Now I can find ANYTHING with a quick search of the app. It took HOURS, possibly DAYS to get everything the way I like it. DOWNLOADING to a PDF is NOT a reasonable substitute, not to mention that I still have packs and packs of unused stickers because I love them so much. The ONLY thing wrong with the App was it not defaulting to keyboard input, or having an option to choose default keyboard or microphone input. I am highly frustrated that I’ve invested all this time and money into a great product that Duck has failed to keep their implied promise that this will continue to work. Clearly your marketing department has failed you because other companies have similar products at higher cost and seem to be doing well. Just went and counted.
