I continually get random “welcome” emails from the app with a new user name and pin. I think I’ve been randomly given 6 or 7 new usernames and pins. Also, most of the time the delivery driver is not able to access the system so your packages get returned as “delivery attempted,” or “unable to deliver.” Spare yourself the pain and opt out so your packages get delivered directly to your apartment or front door. ### 1/5 — worses *2025-05-31, version 1.2.6* Registration Failed! Username may not exist or is already registered. Check that the information you entered is correct or try again later. Retry I’ve been trying to register for an hour to pick up my parcel. No options to create a new user name. ### 1/5 — package concierge = dont get your parcels in lockers *2025-04-20, version 1.2.6* I moved to fort worth and my apartment complex uses them. The package gets delivered and they send no notification. My usename never exists for them and hence i never get my packages on time. They are high on apps etc, but their application interface, the barcode, nothing ever works. The app crashes every time. ### 1/5 — Ugly Looking App *2024-08-23, version 1.2.6* Looks horrible on a modern iPhone. Plus no support for password manager. There is no widget or lock screen quick access. I hope you did not pay anyone to create this. Their website isn’t better. Sigh. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2023-03-15, version 1.2.5* I have my account notification for delivery drivers set to only put packages in compartments 4 ft or below, yet the machine always opens compartments above 4 ft. This is an error on package concierge’s side. I spoke with drivers and they confirmed they have no choice on what compartments open. If the option is selected in the app, the machine should automatically ONLY open available compartments 4 ft or below. Common sense! If I had a serious handicap (wheelchair bound etc) I would have already sued! ### 1/5 — Does not respect accessibility options *2023-01-12, version 1.2.5* I selected the option to “deliver my packages to lockers below 4 ft”, and every package I have received (about 6 packages now) has been placed in the top row of the locker at about 6 ft high. ### 1/5 — Useless application *2022-04-19, version 1.2.5* Carriers do not bother logging the package to a resident (why would they?) and so none of your packages will even be shown as delivered to the building. Creates more chaos and confusion than just having a package room that is already necessary for more than half the packages and customer service is rude and disrespectful unwilling to take any blame in their shortcomings and inability to make their service even remotely adequate. ### 1/5 — Stopped updating for all tenants *2022-04-06, version 1.2.5* The app suddenly stopped updating in the last few weeks (e.g., showing that you have a package, texting/emailing/push). This issue is affecting my entire complex. The app was always a painful, clunky experience before, but now it’s completely pointless. ### 1/5 — TL;DR - IT’S SUS *2022-02-26, version 1.2.5* Okay, The app is clunky, doesn’t save card info and I’m not receiving important packages because of the issues. Because it’s not directly run by my apartment complex they can’t/won’t do anything about it and reps are only available Monday-Friday. Not certain why an apartment complex that charges $2000/month would utilize this service. Probably to justify the $60/month “concierge” fees and then this app is supposed to charge you again for the service. ### 1/5 — dumb *2022-01-13, version 1.2.5* No one could receive packages because the wifi was down. ### 1/5 — Bad Support, Missing Features *2021-11-20, version 1.2.5* App is not designed for newer phones or IOS versions. When I first moved into a building using this system it took over a month to get an invite code and never received support from PC regarding it. App also seems to not work offline so you need to login before going to a package room that has no signal. Apple Wallet support would be great as well. ### 1/5 — Bad! Wish my complex did not have this service *2021-07-24, version 1.2.5* Really bad! Have an important package in the box yet it’s down. Not understanding how Amazon or other carriers are able to import packages and us not receive it. What a waste of a company. Horrible horrible. Do not understand why they even have a company. Pay or you won’t get your package. *2021-02-12, version 1.2.4* If you’re reading this then maybe there is still time. If you haven’t yet got a lease in that apartment stop everything you’re doing and look elsewhere. This is by far the worst app and apartment service I’ve ever experienced. They removed my account after my poor review and have now charged me on a new account. They just don’t care how low they go. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I Don’t Think This Company Is Real *2026-07-16, version 1.2.6* I seriously think that this company is either not real. Has only three employees that are all aliens born in a lab project gone wrong at Peter Thiel’s house or part of some cabal of people that feed off of other people’s misery. Whoever they are - they’re definitely home by 3pm and immediately get straight to taking stupid pills and passing out in a puddle of their own smelly drool. Package Concierge - you’re the reason I have no hope for the future of humanity. ### 1/5 — This app is awful *2026-06-19, version 1.2.6* Amazon says a package is delivered, and I have to wait HOURS before I’m able to pick it up. ### 1/5 — This should be a red flag *2026-05-31, version 1.2.6* If the apartment complex has this as a package drop off, you should consider both not ordering stuff to your apartment, or don't stay in that complex. You will run into problems. The problems will be a repetitive thing. This app is old and the service is NOT good. ### 1/5 — Acero Jensen Park *2026-04-08, version 1.2.6* Biggest scam with the apartment complex. They tend to make new accounts in your name and then charge you when you don’t have access to the account. ### 1/5 — Sucks *2026-02-25, version 1.2.6* My account never works ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-10-13, version 1.2.6* The new apartment complex I moved into, uses this worthless service, coming from the Luxor services which is by far so much better and their customer service is great. I get packages and no notifications, trying to contact customer service takes ages, the app crashes and I can keep going on and on but it pointless since nothing will be improved just judging by all the 1 star reviews. ### 1/5 — Terrible seeing *2025-10-04, version 1.2.6* Literally every time I have to use this service I have to call corporate and get my account reset because it is absolutely terrible. I just spent over an hour on the phone and they weren’t able to fix it and weren’t able to fix it. I had to get a supervisor on the phone And after an hour they finally were able to fix it. They forced their service attendance to rush you through their system as fast as possible and hang up on you without verifying that you’ve actually completed what’s required to have your account work ### 1/5 — Package held Hostage *2025-09-25, version 1.2.6* First and only time I will be using this service. They make you pay $10 to activate your account, I have yet to do so until my first package arrived. I now cannot add my credit card and my package is being held in the storage containers. I don’t have access to my own package and the website and app will not take my credit card to activate my account. ### 1/5 — Registration is impossible *2025-07-14, version 1.2.6* These people are morons, I literally can't create an account. It's a loop of "that account already exists" followed by "there's no record of that account" depending on whether you are trying to create an account or login 🙄 ### 1/5 — App still not adapted to edge to edge displays *2025-06-15, version 1.2.6* 8 years after the release of the iPhone X, the first with an edge to edge display, this app is still not adapted to those displays and is letterboxed. They simply haven’t bothered updating it over the past 8 years which screams ultimate laziness in my opinion. It couldn’t be more simple to operate. Scan the barcode & viola, there’s your package. I mean there’s nothing else to say… ### 5/5 — Give PC a chance. *2021-06-11, version 1.2.5* I was also turned away by negative comments on this app but turns out the service is running pretty smooth for everyone that I talk to within my complex. Not sure why there are low star comments but its pretty easy to set up and use, plus they notify right away, locker opens instantly and best part it secures your items saving you from extra work of re-ordering and disputing claims…hope PC keeps the service uptime as promised…this is just my personal experience. ### 5/5 — Super convenient! *2019-07-03, version 1.2.3* Really convenient using the bar code to get my packages! Every apartment community should have a Package Concierge! ### 3/5 — The App is out of date *2023-02-03, version 1.2.5* I do not understand all these people complaining about their apartment complexes and Package Concierge in a review for this app. This people are all idiots. The app has nothing to do with the Package Concierge service. Let's just talk about this app. The app was last updated over a year ago. Despite that, they have not updated it to match screen sizes of modern iPhones. The menu for accessing your packages exists, but viewing packages in the app requires multiple taps to get to it, and doesn't really present the information in a very user friendly way. I can't really find any reason to use this app over just going to the package concierge website. You can't even set things like Vacation Mode from the app. Maybe if they had developers update this with a more modern design, it would make it worth having, but as it stands, it's just a very average app. It works. It could just work better. ### 3/5 — Kind of does the job *2017-07-20, version 1.2.3* You can get a barcode (saves step of typing username, still need to type pin either way). You can also check history of your packages. Text, email notifications work but I have never received an IOS push notification for receiving a package. ### 2/5 — Horrible customer service *2019-08-06, version 1.2.3* We have a package concierge service and they do not ever respond whenever you are having issues. It’ll take months. If even that. The lockers get stuck when trying to open multiple lockers. ### 2/5 — Push notifications do not work *2017-11-08, version 1.2.3* Push notifications still doesn’t work. Contacted support two months ago, and they said they would clear out the cache server. Still don’t work ### 2/5 — Internet connection needed *2017-02-16, version 1.2.3* This is a suggestion to fix an inconvenience - why would one need an internet connection in order for the barcode to be displayed?
