Don’t download this app. They have a terrible customer service that doesn’t know what’s wrong with your package, and the fact they said you can write instructions on how to deliver your package, there’s nowhere to write it and when you do their customer service team by text they just repeat the same thing over and over as if you don’t get it.

Incapable de reconnaître le colis par sa référence. Application absolument inutile et hors de prix (abonnement hors de prix, attention lorsque vous la lancez … l’application fait semblant de trouver votre colis avant de vous inviter (obliger) à prendre l’abonnement mais en fait c’est factice … pour mon cas elle n’a rien trouvé quand j’ai validé l’abonnement! Arnaque !)
