## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Slow compared to AfterShip!

*2025-10-27*

Been trying to find a good replacement since Deliveries went out of commission. Landed on AfterShip but wanted to see if there are any other good alternatives. Tried Shipment alongside AfterShip and ShipShow. And it’s really slow. Packages don’t get real time updates, even when you manually refresh. Sadly, I don’t recommend. Plus, if you want to test it out, you can only track one package, or be ready to cash out some money.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you don’t feel the updates are fast enough, however this is very unexpected! We use the same APIs as AfterShip. We also feel a 1 star is a bit harsh for this criticism, most packages up in a reasonable time. Let us know if you’re seeing otherwise and with which carriers.

### 1/5 — Delivery services

*2025-09-18, version 1.1.5*

Very disappointed and frustrated with FedEx. The order was delivered despite numerous calls from mY self and Wayfair to hold the parcel until the 20th of September. The recipient is away on vacation and even after a dozen calls to hold delivery , the parcel arrived. No one is there to pick it up. Hopefully it’s not stolen. There seems to be no communication between FedEx and its drivers…when I called, some FedEx employees were friendly and tried to notify the driver. Other times, they were rude, unhelpful and refused to assist. Please get your act together . It’s causing confusion and problems. If I can avoid dealing with FedEx, I certainly will as the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

### 1/5 — Crazy price, no ai

*2025-07-17*

Way too expensive for what it is. An “Ai” for predictions is not actually used

### 1/5 — This app has a lot of bugs

*2025-03-18*

App is very expensive to use. Has lots of bugs. Developer doesn’t respond. Overall, prefer the $4.99/year Parcel app.

App is very expensive to use. Has lots of bugs. Developer doesn’t respond.

### 2/5 — Late

*2025-09-17, version 1.1.5*

Even when my shipment goes from where it says it’s gonna be on time to say it’s gonna be late you still say it’s on track to be delivered on the right date, get things right

### 2/5 — Needs polish

*2025-02-03*

Downloaded this with high hopes as the design and features looked pretty comprehensive, but sadly the app feels very half baked right now. For starters, the nickname for packages is only 15 characters long and (as far as I can tell) cannot be edited once saved. The AI summery is also unreliable and stated confidently that my package was already in my country when it hadn’t even shipped yet! Finally the UX itself, while pretty, is also pretty glitchy. On iPad, the button to hide the list of shipments doesn’t bring it back out again (forcing an app restart to fix), you can’t edit a shipment in any way, not even to rename it, and deleting it to rename it doesn’t work as it will simply replace whatever you’ve written with the previous name you chose, and finally the subscription model is just insultingly expensive. Shipments is asking for more money per month than my previous parcel tracking app cost for an entire year. I understand hosting an LLM costs money but, being honest, I would appreciate a one time purchase option that ditched the AI functionality as it adds very little value to the experience and could even be computed locally for free on newer devices.

### 2/5 — Great looking app

*2025-01-31*

$5.99 a month!! Sorry that’s just too much.

**Developer response:** Thank you for this valuable feedback! We have dropped our price to $2.99 a month. We would love a second chance and an updated review to reflect our new pricing!

### 3/5 — Fake delivery dates

*2025-09-14*

It’s a good app it’s just that the delivery dates are not true and the packages never arrive on the day this app says it will and it’s really annoying so other than the false delivery dates it’s ok.

**Developer response:** Thank you for this valuable feedback! We have improved our AI model, please give it a second go!

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best in the category

*2025-02-02*

I’ve used many package trackers and this is the best looking and easiest to use.

### 5/5 — A shopping essential

*2025-01-26*

Has all the features you’d expect from a packager tracker in a really nice looking format. Notifications are usually on time. Would recommend if you need to track all your shopping order packages.

### 5/5 — Does what you need

*2025-01-26*

No frills app that tracks packages in a clean way. Love there is no weird shopping feature in this package tracker. Notifications are best I’ve seen so far.

### 4/5 — No support

*2025-03-12*

I have reached out to support multiple times with no response. The sync function doesn’t work between iOS, iPad OS and MacOS.

**Developer response:** Thanks for flagging. This should now be fixed!

### 3/5 — Needs polish (Updated)

*2025-03-29*

I understand hosting an LLM costs money but, being honest, I would appreciate a one time purchase option that ditched the AI functionality as it adds very little value to the experience and could even be computed locally for free on newer devices.

EDIT:
With the latest update, the app seems much more polished. Notably parcel names are no longer limited to 15 characters and are editable! The only thing preventing me from recommending this app over something like Parcel is the subscription pricing, which hasn’t changed. For the price of just one month on this app, you could get almost a whole year of Parcel, which despite lacking the AI feature and having a more simplistic UX, is still the better deal in my opinion. Get a bit closer to Parcels yearly pricing and I’d have no trouble recommending this app as my favourite parcel tracker on the App Store.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback, we have shipped a new update with some quality of life fixes that you may appreciate.
