When they told us that it was no longer being used and had to switch to another app, it was like a slap in the face. A lot of us were better off with Package Route since we knew how to use it. Now we have to use garbage Ground Cloud which is absolutely worse and nowhere near being an upgrade. Somebody needs to figure out how to continue support for this app because there’s a lot of unhappy drivers out there, all over, because we have to use an inferior app now. ### 3/5 — Good, but needs adjustment *2025-12-11* I have some complaints as a driver who uses this app everyday. I do not like that you cannot turn off the automatic routing. I am allowed to do my route however I want so I don’t need it to pick the next stop for me. It becomes very time consuming when I have to find where I am on the map and click on the next stop I actually want to go to instead of the one it chose for me that is no where near me. I also wish I could increase the font size. ### 3/5 — Maps are glitchy *2025-05-28* I like it for the most part, however, whenever I close a delivery it jumps over to another stop that I am not nearby. We do encourage you to text-direct to PackageRoute support, 360-540-3295, with any issues or suggestions. ### 2/5 — Please fix back button *2024-07-27, version 2.46.26* I wish you guys could fix the back button on the app. It sits directly on top of the delivery sign and won’t allow you to click back. ### 2/5 — Why does package route turn my sound down now? *2023-12-03* New updates turns down my music or audio books when I open the route. Why? Package route makes no noise. Why make this unnecessary change that helps no one? ### 3/5 — Could use some improvements *2023-11-23* I used to use Groundcloud when I was with a different contractor. Now I use this with my current employer. It took a little getting used to. The layout is different and takes some familiarizing. I don't mind this app, but the updated version is deselecting my current stop when tapping for more info then tapping again to get back to the stop. I don't understand why it doesn't indicate the amount is packages and whether or not their FL until you tap the displayed address. Notes would be great if they were displayed right on the screen so you don't have to stop driving in order to see if there are notes or not for a stop. Having an indicator to let you know there are exceptions, notes, or gate codes would be awesome. I would like to choose different colors for the display. I would also love it if I had the option to reorder my route manually using the loop feature found in Groundcloud. Overall it's ok but it's growing on me. ### 2/5 — Crashes *2023-11-05* The app should not crash after marking a stop complete. It completely crashes out and makes you re-optimize the route. Not to mention, the navigation directions stops music from playing and doesn’t resume after giving directions. I’m being modest rating it a 2, but compared to other route apps this one is trash ### 2/5 — Please fix *2023-04-08, version 2.37.5* Package route compared to Amazon Flex app is a joke, it is not fluid. Every time I complete a stop and go to the next it changes and redirects me back to the previous stop. ### 4/5 — Dots overlapping at neighbouring stops *2023-03-21, version 2.37.2* Good app but neighbouring stops have overlapping dots. Can easily miss a stop when you can’t see it’s dot since it’s being covered by another dot. ### 3/5 — Good but could be better *2022-04-01* Is an amazing app that makes the job way so much easier. I’m the main driver for this route and i fix myself most of the little dots even I already knowing where they’re to make it easier for whoever is covering on my day off. The Lone Star Community in Midland need a updated so bad. Some streets have the wrong name in the map to what they actually are, and they have build about 10 streets more that don’t even show on the map, so if you don’t know the area you going blind into a black area with dots all over the place, I try my best trying to figured out where the dot should be if the map had the street, I get some but some others I’m no able. It’s very frustrating when I do a new route and almost all of it is wrong. We do encourage you to text-direct to PackageRoute support, 360-540-3295, with any issues or suggestions. ### 1/5 — Useful but not so good *2021-10-21* You guys just released an update but am sure everything is still messed up… the addresses are always at the wrong spot the Geo-Location is 200 feet away from the correct spot or even 40 miles away from the correct spot, since we do the routes every day the app should recognize the route that you usually take to deliver the next package also you would be nice if it detailed and trigger the navigation once you deliver certain packages it should trigger to the following number if the stops should be in order or it can easily be changed to the one the D.A desire… I don’t know if this is to much to ask because i have seen comments for a year or two ago here and none of there issues were able to be fixed and I doubt that my recommendation are going to be met but am trying I guess. **Developer response:** Hello and sorry your experience was not great. I along with several coworkers have all adjusted the position of a map plot. Every day it’s put back to original location. You will have clock in issues and the tech support will tell you, “ you just don’t have enough signal, or are too far into the station.” I can stand in the middle of the station with one bar of cell signal and clock in just fine. If I’m standing in the back of my truck, on the east side of the station with 3 bars of signal, it has sync issues. I just get a list of routes. Cant see my drivers map or assign another driver to the route to go rescue another driver like package route. Our stops per hour was way higher before being forced to switch to groundcloud. ### 5/5 — Update *2025-05-11* 1. I never had any problems with this app but I think it would be helpful if we had colored dots so u know which sid numbers coming. For example: brown: 1000 Red: 2000 Black: 8000 2. Navigation map doesn’t rotate when u turn like it’s supposed to. Indicator on map moves sideways so u can even tell where to turn next , u have to think harder and figure it out. Used to you could hold the screen but after the update it will throw you across the map and it is so annoying ### 5/5 — Information *2022-10-05* When i tap on the dot vertically, I can see the address, the name of the person, the sequence number, and the amount of packages for that stop. When is horizontally, I can only see the address and the sequence number, I think it would be cool to see the same amount of information when is horizontally since that’s how I use my ipad, which makes me have to double tap at every stop, specially for the amount of packages. **Developer response:** Hi Juan.
