## What is PackNow?

PackNow builds a packing list that fits your trip – then gets out of the way.

Tell it where you're going and for how long. PackNow checks the weather for each stop and starts you with a short, sensible list instead of a hundred things you'll never need.

SMART, NOT CLUTTERED
• Start from a template: Essentials, Carry-on only, Business, Beach, Outdoors, or one you made yourself
• A few weather items are added only when needed – a rain jacket for rainy days, a warm layer for the cold
• Per-day items scale with the trip: 5 days, 5 pairs of socks

MULTI-CITY TRIPS
• Add every stop with its own dates and weather
• Everything goes into one combined list

LEARNS HOW YOU PACK
• Always-pack rules: things you take on every trip, or only to the cold, the sun or the rain
• Items you pack on several trips are suggested next time
• Items you keep removing stop being suggested

FAST TO USE
• Tap to pack, with a quiet tick
• Swipe right to edit, swipe left to remove
• Fold categories you've finished
• Search and filter what's left to pack

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your trips stay on your iPhone.

Available in English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, Español, Français and Deutsch.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-11-05

• Daily items are now counted by nights: a 5-day trip (4 nights) packs 4 of each, plus a spare if you've turned that on.
• Clothes cap at 7 nights' worth, with a reminder to plan a laundry day on longer trips.
• Clearer notes when editing per-day items in templates.

### 1.2 — 2026-11-05

• Pick your leaving and return dates — PackNow works out how many days. On multi-city trips, set when you arrive in each city.
• Save any trip's list as a template to reuse next time (trip menu → Save as template).
• New tip jar in Preferences if you'd like to support PackNow. Tips don't unlock anything; the app stays free with no ads or tracking.
• The Apple Weather credit now sits next to the weather it refers to.

### 1.1 — 2026-11-03

New: Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. See your next trip, the countdown and how much is packed at a glance — and tick items off right from the medium widget.

Also: rename trips, a clearer Forecast / Manual weather switch, and the forecast now appears as soon as you pick a city.

### 1.0 — 2026-11-02

No release notes.
