This happens on my iPhone 13 and iPad Pro 12.9 running iOS 15.3.1 ### 1/5 — Junk, total junk *2022-04-01, version 2.9.6* The app crashes when I try to use it. Immediately after starting. I have an iphone 13 pro max and ipad 12.9 M1 and as soon as i o-en the app it closes and never stays open. Just crashes. Worst piece of crap i’ve ever tried using. Note, you have to disable all web browser protection to process logins on the desktop site. The content is great. Had some issues, but nothing meriting a 1.4/5 (current rating as of time of writing). However, since re-installing, the app won’t open at all. Seems I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. I read the previous comments and hoped that maybe they were old comments, downloaded the app, attempted to open but it immediately closed. I attempted a couple more tries and a few other steps before I determined it was a complete waste of time. My job is not QA for Packt and I shouldn’t have to evaluate their software to make it work. I’m not getting paid and my time is valuable. I have canceled my subscription because the site is down a lot and clunky. And this app starts to open, then disappears on the iPad 10.2 pro. I know it’s older, but when I bought it the app worked fine. Then they updated it and it broke. I have moved to a more expensive subscription -> but it just @#$@# works. —> from a different company. In both scenario the app launches and I’m able to use the book and video. Currently my got is the iPad Air for this app as its small enough for me to use in conjunction with my laptop ### 5/5 — Good *2020-10-17, version 2.9.6* There is a room for improvement, but it gets the job done. ### 5/5 — Portrait mode broken *2019-01-12, version 2.0.7* After last update it is not possible to use app in portrait mode because menu automatically opens in portrait mode and covers 80% of the screen. Landscape is fine.
