Supervisors can view all handler locations simultaneously in a live tactical map overview available through PACKTRACK's online service.

Free accounts are available for K9 trainers and supervisors. Trainers can create training events and exercises for handlers with features like optional event attendance and detailed training scenarios. They can also add training comments to each handler's record. Supervisors can review all training and deployment entries and approve or reject records as appropriate. Both supervisors and trainers have full access to PACKTRACK's detailed reporting system to find the information and statistics they need.

This is a pretty straight forward app. The interface with the website version works well. I wish the reviews could time out. Some of the bad reviews were several years ago. I would recommend this app for anyone working a canine.

My deployment stats almost doubled because I used the app to document all my deployments. I used to not document them all because it took longer to write the deployment in my old system than it did to actually deploy, so I’d skip over a lot of non productive deployments.

Needs to have the ability to add another dog. I have two and was only able to add 1. Also when I try to add a training event the app crashes on me or says server problems

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. PackTrack supports multiple dogs per handler but they must first be added on the main web site. We've made a number of recent improvements to the app including stability improvements. Like the concept of sharing data entry for search setup with other handlers in the group. Like drop down menus and auto fill of various blocks.

Don't like that the ap crashes is you didn't fill in a required block. Don't like that the ap can't seem to find me in rural areas when I enter a new event. Wish the weather would auto fill.

Tried app for a few months and went to cancel but keep getting errors. Contacted support but nobody responded. Will be contacting my credit card company and Apple

**Developer response:** I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience and apologize that it's taken over 2 years to get a response from us. Apple only recently added the option for developers to reply to review comments. I don't know why you didn't get a response after contacting us but it's possible that the issues you experienced were due to problems we were having with our email server in early 2015. We pride ourselves in having fast and helpful support so this is especially painful to hear. I'm assuming you eventually reached PackTrack support but if not then please visit packtrackapp.com, click on the Contact Us link and explain what happened so we can make things right. If you're interested in giving us another chance we'd be happy to give you a 30 day free trial.
