## What is Pacr?

Pacr is the running coach in your earphones, and the crew you run with.

Tell it what you're training for and get a plan built around your goal, your race and the days you can actually run. Then start the run, put the phone away, and let the coach do the talking.

A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU
Answer a few questions: your goal, your race if you have one, how much you run now, and the days and time you have. Pacr writes a week-by-week plan of easy runs, tempo, intervals, long runs and rest, every session with real targets. The Today card shows what's on, one tap starts it, and the voice coach holds you to it. Send the coming week's sessions to Apple Watch and start them from the Workout app.

REAL-TIME VOICE COACHING
A short briefing before you start, then live guidance the whole way: pace against your target, split callouts, halfway, and a call when you hit the distance. Interval sessions are counted for you, reps and rests, with a warning before the next one starts.

Drifting off pace? Pacr waits until the drift is real, nudges once and leaves you alone. Coaching keeps talking with the screen locked and lowers your music or podcast for a moment instead of talking over it.

CADENCE, WITHOUT A WATCH
Pacr reads your stride from the phone's motion sensors. Sustained overstriding gets a quiet cue toward quicker, lighter steps. No chest strap, no extra hardware.

RELIVE IT IN 3D
Flyover replays your route over satellite imagery and real terrain, the camera following you from start to finish. Save it as a video and post it anywhere.

SHARE CARDS WORTH POSTING
Every run becomes a story card: your stats over a map of your route, or just the route line as artwork. Add your photo, or go transparent and lay it over your own picture. Instagram, WhatsApp, Messages or a link, in one tap. Want to keep your street private? The line style shows no map at all.

RUN BUDDIES
Post an open run for 2 to 5 runners (when, where, what pace) or join one nearby. Pick the meeting spot on a map, chat with the group, and get directions to the exact spot.

SQUADS AND CLUBS
Start a private squad with an invite, or join a public club near you. Weekly leaderboards, a shared feed with photos, comments and @mentions, and a heads-up when your people head out.

RECORDS WORTH CHASING
Seven personal records tracked automatically: fastest 1K, 5K, 10K and half, longest run, biggest week, biggest month, pulled from your own GPS traces. Fourteen badges across distance, consistency, streaks and lifetime volume, from First Steps to the 1000 Club.

APPLE HEALTH
Pacr saves your runs to Apple Health and brings in runs from your Apple Watch and other apps, heart rate included, so every kilometre counts toward your plan, streak and records. Heart rate and steps sit on Home, by day, week and month.

WEATHER AND AIR
Temperature, feels-like and air quality for where you are, and what the air means for today's run.

PLACES TO RUN
Handpicked running spots with loop distance, surface, shade, lighting, water, washrooms and the best time to go. Bangalore is mapped first, with more cities coming.

BUILT FOR RUNNERS
• GPS tracking with live pace, distance and splits
• Keeps recording with the screen locked
• Pace and elevation charts, heart-rate zones and splits for every run
• Light, Dark, or follow your phone
• No subscription wall on the run experience

YOUR DATA
Your runs, plan and settings are backed up to your account so a new phone doesn't cost you your history. Nothing reaches a squad, a club or a feed unless you post it. Location is used to record your runs, including in the background during an active run, and for weather and nearby spots. You can share one run as a live link so someone can see where you are; it is off unless you switch it on, and it stops working the moment you turn it off. Pacr does not sell your data.

Run smarter. Run stronger. Run with Pacr.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-22

BUILD A PLAN

Pacr now coaches you toward something, not just today.

Tap BUILD A PLAN under your daily session and answer a short set of questions — your goal, your distance and target, your race date, where your fitness is now, which days you can run, how long a session can be, how you like to train. You're only asked what your plan actually needs, and most of it comes pre-filled from your recent runs.

Then you see the plan before you commit: a typical week, the phases you'll move through, and an honest verdict on whether it's comfortable, a stretch, or too aggressive — with one-tap fixes when it asks too much of you.

What you get:

• A week-by-week plan that ends on your race day. Volume ramps no more than 10% a week, every fourth week is a cutback, hard days never sit back to back, and race week is a real taper.
• A calendar you live on — month view, every week as a bar, and a day panel with a Start button.
• Today's session on your home screen under WEEK 3 OF 8 · BUILD, so you don't have to choose.
• New to running? Run/walk intervals your voice coach counts out loud.
• Coming back from injury? Say so, and the plan starts conservative and holds the speed work.
• Tell your coach how to talk to you — coach me, guide me, encourage me, analyze me — and your daily session comes back in that voice.

Your answers are kept between plans, so the next one starts where the last left off.

ALSO IN THIS RELEASE

• Saving a run lands on a glance of it: your route, time to the second, splits, elevation and pace chart, with one tap to post it to your squad.
• Past runs in Activity now show the same detail — seconds, elevation, per-kilometre splits, and your fastest full kilometre.
• The share sheet shows a scroll bar, so the camera, library and route-line controls below the card aren't a secret.
