### 5/5 — Revolutionary way to stay accountable

*2026-07-30, version 1.0*

Before using Pact, keeping good habits up was difficult. Now, being able to use this app with my friends is really fun. And they keep me accountable every day. When I’m slipping behind on the leaderboard, I genuinely feel motivated to earn my points.

The social side is amazing, and I can see a great community is being built on here.

### 5/5 — Absolute hidden gem

Pact is exactly the type of habit building app I have been looking for. I found pact through their instagram, the team is highly engaged with the community and new features are expected to roll out consistently which is nice to know. Super looking forward to the future and to keeping up with my friends!

Before using pact I was lazy and lacked any motivation. But now this app has meant my friends keep me accountable to be the best I can be and reach my true potential. Strongly recommend

### 5/5 — Great app for keeping each other accountable as friends

*2026-07-28, version 1.0*

I downloaded Pact after seeing the founders post about it online, so I downloaded it and gave it a shot.

The app has a very good design and user experience first and foremost, and the the friends and feed feature really bring it to life. It’s not just a regular habit tracker that you will forget about two weeks later, but an impressive social platform too.

Looking forward to seeing what the developers do next!

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-19

We've polished Pact from top to bottom:

Smoother onboarding: friendly tips now appear right when you need them, so creating your first pact and adding your first habit is easier than ever.

A better habit builder: a cleaner habit catalogue, a clearer weekly-goal picker, and simple customization (set your wake-up time, sleep hours, and more) before you add a habit.

Invite friends in a tap: your pact's invite code now lives in Pact settings. Copy it, share it, or set your own custom code.

Faster and smoother: pacts, habits, and photos load instantly as you swipe, with less pop-in and snappier animations.

Polish everywhere: tidier streak cards and check-ins, a cleaner look, and a fresh app icon.

Thanks for building better habits with us. Keep the streaks going!

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-06

Pact 1.1 is our biggest (and first) update yet. A whole new way to build (and break) habits with your friends.

NEW — Resist habits
Track the things you're quitting: no smoking, no doomscrolling, no late-night snacking. Each day you confirm whether you stayed strong yesterday. Skip the check-in and your habit card ices over until you come back to it.

NEW — Home screen widgets
Put your streaks, a calendar of your progress, or your daily habit checklist right on your home screen. Choose which pact and how it looks.

NEW — 12 languages
Pact now speaks your language automatically: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.

Also in this update:
• Tap any habit to open a calendar of your history and see exactly who's checked in
• Nudge a specific friend with your own message when they need a push
• A new notifications inbox so you never miss a nudge or a like
• Log amounts and check in multiple times a day — points scale with how much you do
• Dual-camera photo captures for your submissions
• Longer, editable lock-ins with a live countdown, plus shareable results
• A photo history gallery on your profile and username editing
• A guided tour for new members
• Faster, smoother animations across the whole app

Thanks for pact-ing with us. Keep showing up.
