## What is PacWest Cleans?

PacWest Cleans is the operations app for short-term rental cleaning teams. It connects property owners, co-hosts, and cleaners in one place so every turnover gets scheduled, completed, documented, and paid for - without spreadsheets or group texts.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK

Cleaners see only the jobs assigned to them, with property details, checkout and check-in times, access notes, and pay for each clean. Start and pause a job from your phone, work through the property's checklist, and capture photos as you go. Clock in and out for hourly work and track your earnings across the pay period.

BUILT FOR OWNERS AND CO-HOSTS

The owner portal shows upcoming and completed cleans for every property you own or co-host, with photo documentation from each turnover. Review invoices, see exactly which cleans and supplies you're being billed for, and pay securely online.

SCHEDULING THAT KEEPS UP

- Automatic reservation sync from Hostaway and any iCal calendar
- Turnovers created automatically from guest checkouts
- Recurring shifts for regular maintenance work
- Open shifts your team can claim
- Guest extension detection, so a stay change doesn't strand a cleaner
- Day-off requests with approval routing

DOCUMENTATION YOU CAN STAND BEHIND

- Property-specific checklists with photo capture
- Issue reporting with photos, routed to the right person immediately
- Cleaning inspections and quality scoring
- Optional on-site check-in confirmation using your device location

TEAM COMMUNICATION

Direct messages and group chats scoped to properties and jobs, with mentions and push notifications so urgent issues actually get seen.

INVOICING, PAYROLL, AND TRUST ACCOUNTING

- Owner invoices generated from completed cleans and supply orders
- Secure card payment
- Payroll reports covering per-clean and hourly pay
- Trust accounting with owner disbursements, tax set-asides, and balances
- Supply ordering and inventory tracking

PacWest Cleans requires an account provided by your property management organization.
