This app is great at finding some awesome places to paddle.  Makes planning a sup trip really easy.

Twice now I’ve recorded a paddle but when ending and trying to save the paddle it comes up with error and does not save it absolutely shocking pay money for an app and it doesn’t even work scandalous.

Had some issues with the weather not loading, it froze when trying to save, then lost the trip then the links to support via email ended in rejected email messages. 
But I can understand it’s not easy to ensure every wrinkle on every platform is ironed out before an app is launched- what sets apart the poor from the great is the way a company fixes a problem. And I have to say this developer worked quickly to fix the issues, including having me test the fixes. I’m impressed and now looking forward to using all the great features of this app.

This update makes your logbook faster and more reliable. Workout routes now load much quicker, short paddles keep their full route on the map, and routes no longer show up empty while your watch is still syncing.  
Splits now line up exactly with your workout totals, pace differences are easier to read, and the pace chart shows how your pace really changed throughout your session.  
Sharing a very short paddle now works, home screen weather refreshes when you arrive somewhere new, and distances and speeds follow your chosen units everywhere.  
Plus plenty of smaller fixes to tides, UV summaries, VoiceOver support, and workout saving reliability.

PaddlePoint reviews now appear near the top of the detail screen, so you can see what other paddlers think at a glance.  
Plus plenty of fixes: workouts no longer get stuck on "Locating...", widgets respect your distance and speed units, and saving your workout is more reliable than ever.
