For the price you pay for Padel, you’d expect more effort / consideration to go into their booking app. As you can see from other reviews, there are some common issues. Also, a feature that allows you to add your sessions to your calendar would be great as well as most fitness club apps have. ### 2/5 — Logs me out always *2026-06-03, version 4.1.0* Every time I’m in the app, I do one or two thing and I’m auto logged out super frustrating ### 1/5 — Horrible function. Added steps. Poor booking. *2026-04-02, version 4.0.8* Not only does it make me search “Nashville” every single time I open the app even though it tracks my location which is maddening - it suggests other locations for me to pick but not the one I need. And I’m a member. Also - booking private lessons and other parts of the app aren’t seemingly functional. No coach has any availability in the app schedule . But if I text them there is always availability. My experience at Padel Haus has been amazing but whoever they paid to manage this app is damaging the relationship I have with Padel Haus, that’s how bad it is. ### 1/5 — App does not load *2025-10-21, version 3.1.0* There is a bug where the app no longer starts up and just shows the splash screen forever. Deleting and reinstalling does not even help ### 1/5 — App doesn’t open on load *2025-10-14, version 3.1.0* Super unfortunate, but the app simply doesn’t open on load. Tried to restart, uninstall, and reinstall the app, but it’s impossible to use as it hangs on the splash screen.
