As a real estate professional, this app is a great tool and time saver when searching for properties to fit client needs. Using pre-qualifications and accurate estimates allow the buyer to find the perfect fit for their financial situation. It saves the realtor and buyers valuable time.

This is the only real estate app that allows me to use my actual pre-qualifications to shop for homes. The ease of use and features available to adjust for real-life negotiation tactics allow me to focus on homes that are affordable to me. The app uses realistic estimates according to the area I’m looking at.
