Every time i search data within specific dates it shows “something went wrong”. There should also be an option to allocate leaves instead of just marking absent ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pathetic follow up for renewals even if u closed your business they will keep on calling and asking *2026-08-22* Had worse experience with them I took subscription 2 to 3 years back after that. My business didn’t work well and I almost closed My Business and told him not to renew my subscription. After that, my subscription expired. After expire of subscription, he started calling and asking for renewal, I gave simple reason that I don’t have more than one Staff so I don’t want to renew it. I can manage one staff salary and attendance on my own. They Counter, question me, why, and what is the reason? Then, after it became routine or every 10 to 15 days, they call and ask for renewal of subscription, and after my many times, I requested them, but they didn’t understand. Such kind of follow up is harassment. Really disappointed with their behaviour. ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2026-08-22* I have been using the PagarBook app for the last 4 years, which has all my staff's data. Now, these PagarBook app people are forcing me to take a premium of ₹15,000 from me. If I don't take it, my entire data will be lost. Meaning, this is a kind of extortion. PagarBook app people have lost my entire data without any notice. No one should download and use this app because you can cause yourself a huge loss later on. ### 1/5 — Application Issue After Update *2026-08-04* The UI has changed after the recent update, and I can no longer see my data from the previous months. Please explain where my historical data has gone and how I can access it. I had important information stored in this application, and losing access to my historical data could cause me financial loss. Also, please clarify what the “7 days” limitation means. Please fix this issue and restore access to my previous data as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no option but to seek legal remedies, including approaching the Consumer Court, as I may suffer financial loss due to this issue. ### 1/5 — Fraud App *2025-07-29* Disgusting customer support “Lena hai tho lo nai tho time waste math karo” They will make sure you enter all your valuable data and then one day randomly block your account then say eather you purchase the subscription or loose your data. No notification mentioning you have these number of days nothing, I’ve used the app for almost a year without even knowing it’s a paid app until one day randomly they’ll block your account not even allowing you to copy your data then force you to buy. Highly recommend not to use this app, you’ll end up breaking your head on cheap customer support. ### 1/5 — Good tool but after purchase service is worst *2023-10-09* We have taken this tool and installed in our retail stores. For attendance purposes the tool is good, but most of the features we don’t know how to use. When we connect the service team, they just teach you 10min and that’s it. They don’t care how this tool we been using daily and they don’t care how effectively we are unrealising daily. Nothing mean nothing… it’s waste of money, don’t buy or take this tool or services.. now I have purchased service for 1 whole year for nothing.. ### 1/5 — Very mean *2023-09-19* In start team was very helpful but after giving reviews of their helpimg team through call they dont even bother whats problem you are facing before reviews they used to gve immediate response but after getting ratings and good reviews to the helpimg team they will not reply or answer your call. Who ever is downloading and taking membership when until you are not satisfied dont gbe them review or else they will not help you i am not getting whats app notifications i have comtact the person so many time but no answers from their side Not happy very mean. ### 1/5 — Dealing with totally fake data *2023-03-06* Just to check the app functionality I downloaded and log in to the app with my phone number and I was surprised because I have not worked under any of the employers yet but it's showing there as some company Firestone has assigned me from nov-2021 till present and giving a wage of 8k monthly how it's possible? Requesting you identify that employer and change my phone number it seems to be fake. ### 1/5 — Useless customer care support *2021-09-09* I complained week ago that employee’s punch in punch out is not working. But it has not been resolved yet. After 20 days repeatedly complaint, there were unable to identify problem. Finally they gave refund but their technical team is not good to identify or resolve problem. After returning refund, they asked to remove negative review. My review was regarding their customer support for app. They refunded money & they consider that as a best customer support. Not only they customer executive mr. chintan prajapati but their manager mr. sashank also. Manager mr. shashank was very rude while attending complaint. First he offered me facial recognition features at 25% price but i rejected because app is not working in iphone then why should i spend more money for useless app. I was promised that within 1 day they will revert but they never did. After refunding money mr. shashank spoke rudely to remove my review. He also told that if I don’t remove reviews they will ask google to do so. ### 2/5 — Need to fix attendance bugs *2026-03-24* disappointed with the Pagarbook iOS performance. It takes unreasonably long time to punch and punch out. Sometimes the buttons disappear completely making impossible to mark attendance. The only way to temporarily fix the issue by uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Also issue with capturing mirror selfie images. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2022-03-28* Need to fix some bugs bcz app will automatically close while using and whichever option is selected will get default setup automatically and problem in find location , showing other locations instead of my business location , now new problem facing as app home page shows black and not able to approve employees attendance .
