Great for me! Mobile app is ok…EXCEPT the inbox criteria don’t work so no smart list capability. I would use it if this worked! ### 2/5 — Wanted to like this app *2020-02-14, version 6.0.5* But it’s super glitchy. The time scroller for setting the times of the day in settings doesn’t show any numbers. I can hear the scrolling noise when I swipe my finger, but can’t see anything. Importing a contact was stuck on Saving... pressing Cancel and checking the Contacts section resulted in seeing that the contact was imported after all. Pressing Done when creating a Project didn’t do anything. I pressed it several times and nothing. Then I pressed Cancel, and could see the list of about a dozen projects with the same name that I apparently just created. I couldn’t get any further than this. ### 4/5 — Dedicated Developers! *2019-07-14, version 5.3.11* Pagico is really stepping it up! In my opinion Pagico is THE most underrated PIM out there. The developers clearly know what they're doing and are EXTREMELY responsive when contacted. I'm rooting for you Pagico! Syncing issues from previous versions are gone. I can't wait to see how Pagico evolves... ### 2/5 — Great todo/project manager with completely broken sync *2019-05-07, version 5.3.9* I have been testing this app system on computer, iPad and iPhone, and I have been comparing it against OmniFocus. It is a very well designed app. I really the way they adapt each app to the device. iPhone has a limited view with more advanced views on iPad and computer, each making maximal usage of the available screen real estate. All of it is very intelligently done. I feel this program is much better at making me focus on important tasks than OmniFocus. The Dashboard view really gives a nice overview of what I need to do. I feel this is the killer sleeper task organizer compared to Things and OmniFocus. But I have given up on the app. The syncing (which ironically is the only thing you pay for) is totally broken. I complete a task on one device, and it will never be completed on another device. I add a new task on one device, and never know which device it will show up on. To do an at least incomplete sync, I have to crash the app several time. Yet, even then I can never trust what it tells me. For example, right now I have a project that shows up on my computer and iPad, but not at all on my iPhone. So, you risk that task are forgotten. ### 4/5 — Version 5 is looking and working well *2018-10-18, version 5.2.1* Changing to a new project management / to do system can be a daunting task. You need to learn how the tool works and how it can integrate into your workflow, where the software limits are and workarounds needed to keep your projects moving. While I have not been using Pagico very long, I am pleasantly surprised with the software. I like the combination of a calendar, project management and task lists. The iPad version is the best of the three variations I have been working with (iphone and Mac being the other two). It seems like there is a good amount of functionality that I have not yet worked with, but what I have is working well. I contacted them with a support question and received a reply back within a day. 4 stars. ### 2/5 — Anyone out there? 👀 *2018-10-16, version 5.2.1* Are you guys still supporting this app and planning to do major updates? I've purchased the desktop app and am mostly happy with it, but the iOS just feels like an afterthought, which to be fair, should be better than desktop. Most folks spend 75% of their productive time on the go and this app is laggy, unresponsive, slow to sync and could use some tender loving UX/UI care. As a creative director of websites and mobile apps, I am Pagico's biggest fan because I see the potential... but that's all you guys have going at the moment. Potential. This could be an AMAZING tool if given the right attention. Are you guys interested in working with other designers who are also actual day-to-day users of the app? I think it would be a brilliant idea. I'd love to help! Hoping for the best... we're all rooting for Pagico! ### 2/5 — Bad translation of a decent desktop app *2018-05-25, version 5.1.0* Ok, that was harsh, but...first...Pagico the desktop application is a terrific application. It’s got some super annoying quirks and bizarre interactions, but nothing that’s a show-stopper. The iOS app on the other hand. What a piece of garbage. The UI is absolutely unintuitive, and sometimes unresponsive: * To go back a screen, I often have to tap the back arrow 3-5 times (target area is too small) * If I’m inside a project and I turn the “mentions” switch off, the mentions disappear, but the switch doesn’t move until it’s tapped 5-7 times again * URL linking schemes are not recognized (like Evernote:///) although they are on the desktop app, it’s the mobile side where they are the most useful, and they don’t work. * Long lists cannot be collapsed. * Lists cannot be moved around (reordered) within their project; the items of the list can be reordered, not the lists themselves. * On the iPad, the use of space - especially in landscape mode - is quite possibly the worst thing I’ve ever seen. ...and so much more. I really do like the desktop app, but as I become more mobile, I’ve started looking for replacements, because Pagico Mobile makes me want to kick puppies every time I use it. TL;DR: Pagico is a powerful task/project manager, and if all you need from mobile is to check on status, or capture some small update, you can live with this app. But if you’re a heavy mobile user, you might want to look at apps where more thought (any thought really) was put into the UI/UX. ### 3/5 — Synchronisation *2017-10-04, version 4.4.2* The soft is great, but the app is broken. Without correct synchronisation between the app and desktop soft the app is almost useless. I can probably use it just for myself somehow, but definitely not for our company teams. When you mark your task on the app as finished, other devices doesn’t get an update. But Pagico has big potential if the bug will be fixed ### 1/5 — Good but Poor *2017-02-04, version 4.2.7* Inside the app is good but the cons. The app needs internet connection and also user and pass. ### 3/5 — Useful *2017-01-19, version 4.2.7* I like the general approach this app uses, and I like the ease with which it syncs with my laptop version. In fact, I like Pagico out enough that I have made that my Project/To Do application of choice. There really is only one thing about it I don't like, but it is a very basic To Do manager function. That is the fact that with all of the ways they give you to view your projects and To Do's, the one way they don't offer is the one that seems to me to be the most useful — uncompleted items. Neither on the phone app or the computer app can you choose that view, unless I am missing something. While I want to be able to pull up a review of all completed items if I need to, I don't want to have all those completed items clogging up my regular views. But that is the case. Another reason for the three stars is that when I sent an email through their website asking that this basic feature be added, I got no answer at all, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. This of course makes me wonder about their customer service. So while I think they are on the right track, I am still perplexed that if you want to show just your uncompleted items, you can't do it. What more basic function is there in a To Do manager then being able to look at it and see what I have To Do? ### 4/5 — A very useful collaborative tool *2016-09-13, version 3.6* Simple to set up and start using . ### 2/5 — Poor Syncing *2016-08-07, version 3.6* I really liked the look and organizational layouts of this app. But the syncing is horrible. My mobile and desktop versions are always out of sync. I run the sync multiple times but it doesn't work. It's fundamental functionality. ### 1/5 — Hangs on saving first task *2016-06-05, version 3.6* These days mobile is the most important platform. I have spent good money on desktop and mobile versions of expensive, powerful apps like Pagico and Omnifocus only to be let down by weak, unstable mobile versions. Couldn't get past go with Pagico; it was very temperamental about whether to allow Touch ID or not, and trying to save my first task it just hung on 'Saving'. Had similar problems (crashes, corrupt databases) with Omnifocus. Keep ending up back on Todoist; it may be less powerful but it just works. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-03-09, version 7.5.12* Can’t scroll through list of tasks on today screen. Useless. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2022-05-27, version 7.0.5* Installed, first task on a day showed in the calendar view, but to disappear. Any other tasks never showed in the calendar view. Tried to login on their web page to see about deleting the online account, although I got an email my account was ready, the web page did not accept my login Creds. Tried a password reset using the same email address I received the your account is ready from, my account didn’t exist. Feels like a scam company, harvesting email addresses. Apple should take this app down from its App Store, iOS and mac store. ### 1/5 — Frustrating and disappointing *2022-05-09, version 7.0.5* The desktop app is helpful, but this is hopeless. I can’t add tasks, and often can’t see tasks or lists. I’ve no idea what the middle page icon at the bottom is because there’s never been anything there when it’s selected - it just says “everything” at the top with nothing beneath it. Drop-down menus just don’t seem to work, navigation is clunky Etc. etc. Please sort at least some of this out, because I’ll probably end up ditching the desktop app too. ### 1/5 — Display is going crazy on IPhone. *2020-03-18, version 6.0.6* Subpar on IOS! ### 1/5 — Seems to be improving *2020-02-29, version 6.0.5* Appears to be useful without major issues and is becoming part of my workflow. Update : stopped using app - An annoying problem is that it not work properly with ios dictation - stops after 1-2 seconds! Could this be addressed please? Feb2020: Problem has still not been fixed. Also, syncing stopped working - the mobile and desktop have become trashed and are now not functional. I had high hopes for this app! ### 1/5 — No functionality *2019-03-03, version 5.3.2* The app is missing a lot of features that are shown in the preview screenshots. I can’t find a calendar view anywhere, no Agenda or Flowchart views, and I can’t even find any way to get to settings. No idea what’s going on with this app, and it has me doubting if I want to purchase the Mac app (currently trying it out with the trial) Really disappointed that a non-functioning iPad app may ruin an otherwise good solution ### 1/5 — Lots of bugs *2018-02-14, version 5.0.2* Could not edit a task. App will not create account. App won't confirm/deny or even send error message. Small orange 'buffering' symbol appears (sometimes)...and...that's it. Deleted. Reinstalled. Reset iPad. Pagico Plus, however, on both iPad and iPhone, *repeatedly* crashes every time you try to start it up! If you are persistent, you'll eventually get it to start, and then it's fine, but the hassle makes it not worth using. It needs a serious upgrade to be usable. It’s best point is the ability to drag and drop files and emails into projects. I was using Evernote but there was no need for me to continue using it if I have Pagico. So far I'm very pleased with it and highly recommend it. I've used several note taking apps but I'm very comfortable with Pagico. Also I was using an app called Due for reminders but why continue when I have both note taking and reminders in one app? The sync functions work great and I also have all my notes and reminders on my Mac. Great job N17, Look forward to versions 9, 10, 11, 12, etc :-) ### 5/5 — Pagico is my perfect program *2016-10-17, version 4.0.1* Pagico Plus is an excellent app. It has become my main program for almost everything. Pagico has all the things I need: - a program that is available on both mac and PC and IOS, syncing all together seamlessly. - a program that has contacts, tasks and projects, - a program that links anything together - a program that has a calendar - a program that presents all of today's tasks on a beautiful page to filter out the noise and help to focus - a program that can filter and group in a variety of ways. ### 5/5 — Nice App *2016-10-01, version 4.0.1* I use the app most days. This is the perfect combination of project and document management. It's replaced two separate apps and simplified my life. I can move seamlessly from the desktop in my office to iPad at meetings and all of my projects, tasks and documents come with me.
