You use only the freshest quality (local) ingredients, bake them all up perfectly, and always deliver on time. But just as important are the amazing staff who create and deliver them! Staff are consistently attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and well-versed in your various products. Your thorough orientation/training is evident in every one of them! They are all Rock Stars!! As if this wasn’t already impressive, you also have a great rewards program and have rewarded me on 2 separate occasions with an entirely FREE order! The first time, I was told, was just because I’m a loyal customer, and more recently, an amazing and empathetic gentleman taking my order noticed my reddened, swollen eyes after I’d been crying over my husband‘s serious accident and hospitalization. He said “You’re clearly having a rough day and maybe I can help make it a little better by gifting you a free lunch on behalf of Pagliacci.” WOW!! It absolutely made my day better immediately! What a kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you from a forever fan.
