Eventually you will get disconnected. I've had countless reach outs to customer support and most of the time they say it is a known issue and will be fixed within 1-3 weeks. I've been experiencing this for 2+ years now. I suspect it's an integration problem, probably caused by eON. If so the product management should take action, negotiate with eon or just drop the support. ### 2/5 — aplicație prea basic *2024-12-06* Aplicația face plăți. Ok. Poți să îți vezi cheltuielile pe categorii în secțiunea Istoric. 🙏 ### 2/5 — Works, but became increasingly annoying *2024-12-04, version 2.19.0* I wish there was a way to stop the “pago points collect animation” or disable pago points completely since it takes so long and they have almost no value regardless. 1 year of using the app and I have less than 1 euro in pago points. I dont care about the cashback, I just want a fast way to pay my bills. Adding insult to the injury, the bill scan screen became even worse. Who took the decision to have a fixed landscape screen in a portrait app, I dont know. Why not make it autorotate and guide the user to rotate the phone if he needs to get closer? Plus, there is now a confirmation screen I also need to dismiss if I want to pick a screenshot from my gallery. Just… why? I am wondering if you have the analytics to back up the need for creating such a screen. Edit: the last update now forces the gallery app to be landscape too!! Its even harder now to pick a bill from screenshots. Uninstalled. ### 2/5 — Limitat în utilitate și alte probleme *2024-11-05, version 2.17.0* O struțocămilă de aplicație. Aparent din rațiuni de securitate nu pot plăti cu un card emis în afară UE, cu toate ca alt card emis tot în afară UE a funcționat. Cu toate ca telefonul este pe silent, după plată sunt forțat să ascult chime-ul Mastercard… Când import un cod de bare din galerie, ecranul este forțat pus pe orizontală. De ce? Nu știu. Este greu să vezi ce cauți și nu poți schimba orientarea aplicației. I payed my bills, but they only took the money and didn’t pay them. When i try to contact someone about the problem, they dont respond, and when they do its 4 in the morning, and ask you if you still have the problem, than at 8 in the morning they tell you the conversation is over cuz you didn’t respond. They dont give you a chance to speak with them!!!! I want my money you stole from my account!!!! ### 1/5 — Total lack of seriousness in making payments. *2024-03-08, version 2.8.9* total lack of seriousness in making payments. for example, on Tuesday around 2 p.m. I sent an amount of money through the pay application, on Friday afternoon the amount did not come in. I recommend this app, it gives you the ability to pay with one single click, and not to mention the rewards! ### 5/5 — O aplicație foarte utilă *2024-12-10, version 2.19.0* O folosesc de aproape 5 ani și apreciez că am toți furnizorii în același loc, iar din 2 clickuri facturile sunt plătite. Transferul către ei se face rapid, customer support e prompt și bine pregătit. Bonus primesc și puncte pentru fiecare plată. Experiența în aplicație e faină, totul se mișcă lin (nu ca în aplicațiile furnizorilor), plățile sunt securizate. Folosesc Pago de ceva vreme și sunt extrem de mulțumit de experiența oferită. Iată de ce merită 5 stele: Ușor de utilizat: Interfața este simplă și bine organizată. Chiar și cei care nu sunt foarte pricepuți în tehnologie vor găsi ușor să își plătească facturile într-un timp scurt. Toate facturile într-un singur loc: Ce îmi place cel mai mult la Pago este faptul că pot să gestionez și să plătesc toate facturile (energie, apă, telefon, internet, asigurări etc.) într-un singur loc. Nu mai trebuie să mă conectez la diverse site-uri sau să folosesc alte aplicații. Plăți rapide și sigure: Procesul de plată este simplu și eficient, iar informațiile sunt stocate în siguranță. Pot adăuga carduri sau conturi bancare și plățile sunt procesate rapid, fără probleme. Notificări pentru facturi: Aplicația îți amintește când trebuie să plătești facturile, astfel încât să nu ratezi nicio scadență. E perfectă pentru cei care au un stil de viață agitat. Pago este o aplicație esențială pentru orice utilizator modern, care dorește să își gestioneze eficient plățile lunare. Ho riscontrato un problema con il riconoscimento di un fornitore, che è stato risolto in tempi rapidissimi grazie al supporto ricevuto. La qualità del servizio e il potenziale dell'applicazione la posizionano come una forte candidata a superare la concorrenza.
