You could have wonderful credit history but they will decline you if you are not Japanese. I could not even verify my identity with the exact information on my card. They won’t give a reason and search results show they screen out foreigners. ### 3/5 — 再々追記 星１つ復活 *2025-08-22, version 3.53.0* 再々追記なので頭に書きます。 またAmazonで弾かれずに使えるようになってきたようなので星１つ戻しました。 元は5でしたから、まだまだ様子見です。 以下以前のレビュー 長らく星5をつけていましたが、評価さげさせていただきます。 クレジットカード機能が9月からなくなるというアナウンスがあったあとから、支払い延滞なし、利用枠ありでAmazonの買い物の承認がほとんどおりなくなりました。100パーではないのですが、9割くらいかな。 買い物の額としては1万円前後やもっと低いもの。 Amazonは決済タイミングがまちまちなので、翌日配送のつもりが深夜に非承認になったために翌々日配送になったりと不便しています。 （気づいてから他のクレカに変更） 個別審査に関して返答できないというレビュー返信は不要です。 債権管理の仕事をしているのでそれ自体はよくわかっていますし。 ただ、とにかく不便。いずれクレジットカード機能がなくなってもAmazonは変わらないはずですよね。でもこれではね。 たぶんもうほとんど利用しなくなると思います。 今までありがとうございました。 7/19追記 癖でまたAmazonで使おうとして、また否決されて、何故なんだろうとまた考えて。 １つもしかしてと思い当たることがあったので試してみました。 それは、支払い方法の変更。 ずっと口座振替で利用していましたが、あるとき急に大きめの金額を使う予定が出てきて利用可能額を早めに戻したかったので、コンビニ払いに変更しました。 そこからは何となく給料日に払うのがわかりやすくていいなと16日ごろに振込で支払いを続けてきました。 もちろん確定済みの先月分（口座振替なら今月27日に引き落とされるはずの分）も支払い済みです。 もしかしてこれか？と思って、先ほど口座振替に戻して（登録されたままだったのですぐに戻せた）しばらくおいてからAmazonで試したところ、今度は即座に否決されず、それから1時間ほど経ちます。 まだ時間差ではねられるかもしれませんが…。 つい最近、キャリアの機種変更の割賦（iPhone16pro 256GB）もすんなり通ってその端末でこの追記を書いてるし、クレカも2枚使えてるし、全て延滞なしなのでこれくらいしか思い当たらないんですよね。 またAmazonで使えるのなら、そのうち評価を戻すかもしれません。 結局今回このあとはねられたらまた再追記しに来ます。 買い物はほぼAmazonなのでAmazonカード作ってもいいんだけど。 7/22再追記です 前回の買い物はそのまま無事に済みましたが、使えるようになったと思って6,000円分くらいの日用品をAmazonで買おうとしたところ、結局またダメです。ほかのカードの利用可能額が減っていくだけの日々。 イライラするのでさらに星減らします。 この何度も何度も何度もチャレンジしているのが信用情報に残ってる可能性があるので、Amazonカードの申し込みも当分できないな…。 ### 1/5 — 使い勝手は良い…けど *2025-07-03, version 3.51.0* 色々な加盟店で使えて分割もできて非常に便利だった。 ただ今まで滞納したこともないのにペイディ側の不手際で突然使えなくなった始末 原因は回答しかねます…の1点張り。 他のクレカは普通に所持していて使えるのに何を持ってこうなったかは不明。尚且つ公式からの明確な理由も発表されず。上記のように当然滞納は一度もしておらず、数年間利用してこの仕打ち。ネットの憶測を見て何となく推測するしかなかった。 平気で滞納している人がいる中真っ当に利用させて貰っている人間がこんな目に合うのか如何なものかと思った。 利用制限解除はずっと解けず 仕方なしに一度解約することに。 すると一度解約したら2度目は登録出来ないとの事。 つまり二度と使うことは出来ないが公式の不誠実さが垣間見えたのではなから二度と使う気は無し。 上記の事態が起きてからかなり月日を置いてのレビューになるが何事も無かったようにPRやSNSが動いている所を見てさらに不信感が募った。 そして特に公式も言及無し。 クレジット系列のアプリにしては正直グレーと捉えられても仕方ないと思う。 便利なのは確か。 ### 4/5 — 2025年9月30日をもって *2025-06-20, version 3.51.0* 今まで便利に使ってました。家電が立て続けに壊れて、でもまとまったお金もなくて買い換えられないと嘆いてた時にペイディを作ってペイディの加盟店から家電を6回払いや12回払いで購入し、なおかつ利息もなく本当に助かりました。 前月分をコンビニで支払う時に数百円の手数料がかかりますが分割払いで利息がないというだけで有難いのでそれほど痛手ではありません。 給料前に手持ちがない時や急な出費があって現金が足りない時などペイディに何度となく助けられました。 ただ、2025年9月30日をもってVISAが使えなくなるとのメールが届き、10月からは加盟店以外では使えなくなると。 今までスーパーやコインパーキング、かかりつけの病院、動物病院での高額な治療費など加盟店ではないところでも重宝していたのですが今後それが使えなくなるなんて不便でしかありません。 これからも利用したかったのにその点強く強く残念でなりません。撤回してくれたらいいのですが。 ### 1/5 — Not helpful for a foreigner *2025-06-03* I went to the Apple Store to upgrade my phone. From the 11 pro max to the new 16 pro Max (talking with the staff was a problem in itself). When it came to me wanting to pay I was told I cannot pay unless I use this “100% JAPANESE APP” !!!!! After putting my information into this app multiple time I still was turned down in the end for even getting to full operating the payment plan/ methods. “After considering the details of the procedures you have completed, we have unfortunately decided to postpone the use of some services, such as the 3, 6, and 12 installments of deferred payment and the PayDee Apple-exclusive deferred payment plan. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations.” Mind you I had to translate this message after waiting again for 15 minutes to get the email that told me no basically. In addition “Please note that we are unable to answer questions regarding the detailed screening criteria. Thank you for your understanding.” So literally can’t even get to the bottom of this. In short. Do not use this app. You will waste your time. **Developer response:** ご投稿をありがとうございます。ペイディのご利用に際し、ご不快の念をおかけし申し訳ございません。誠に恐れ入りますが、「ペイディプラス」および「ペイディあと払いプランApple専用」のご利用におきましては、お申し込み後に審査があり、その結果によりましてはお見送りとなる場合がございます。また、不正利用等を防止し、お客様に便利で快適なお買い物をお楽しみいただくため、詳細な審査基準に関しましてはお答えすることができません。何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。 ### 2/5 — 今から登録検討中の学生さん注意かも！(少し長文です) *2025-05-17, version 3.50.0* 今までqoo10など難なく分割払い等できていましたが、Apple専用分割払いを利用しようとしたら審査に落ちた、との表示。 支払いを滞らせたことはなく分割払いの支払い残額があるわけでもなく心当たりなし。 理由を知りたくてダメ元でオペレーターにお電話しました。 初めは基準などがこちらにも共有されておらずお答えできませんの一点張りでした。 でも、頂いている情報を基に審査してまして…の言葉にハッとしました。 もしかして私の情報学生で止まってますか？と聞くと、そうでした。 アカウントは本人確認(マイナンバーなど)で紐付けされてしまっているため、電話番号を変えても作り替えることはできないと言われました。 たまーにランダムで確認の電話があるからそれで更新できるかも？とのことでした。それがない限りはApple専用の分割払いは使えません、と。 学生さんでAppleの購入時に使用したいと思ってる方、今後その可能性がある方は社会人になってからの登録をおすすめします！！(一生情報更新できない可能性高いので) 1番おかしいと思うところは、クレジットカード会社さんのように情報更新確認をしていない所です。 使い勝手が良かっただけに残念です。今後の改善に期待してます！！(困る方は私だけではないはずです) ### 1/5 — サポートが全くダメ！ *2025-03-18, version 3.48.0* おそらく大半の人がApple製品を購入する時に使うであろうキャッシュレスでしょう。自分もそうでしたし、Apple製品を購入する時以外はほぼ使用していませんでした。普通に使う分には特に欠陥はないのですが、問い合わせ等したい時にレスポンスが悪すぎて話になりません。他のレビューにもありますが、全てAIによる対応なのでこちらの質問とは全く的外れな回答をされます。メールでの問い合わせもAIなのか？という回答です。しかもその回答もこちらが送付してから数日経過してからです。電話でのお問い合わせにかけても、結局AIの対応で「よくある質問のどこどこを参照してください」と全く解決しません。そもそもいろいろ調べてわからないから問い合わせしてるのだから、オペレーターくらい置いておけよ！って話です。これではいざ困った時に不安なので分割支払いを一括で支払って解約する事にしました。よくこんな使えないサポート体制でやっているなって思います。今ではいろいろなキャッシュレスがあるのでわざわざこんな酷いサポート体制のキャッシュレスを使う事はありません。Apple製品を頻繁に購入する人はいいかもしれませんが、それでもやっぱりこんな酷いサポート体制のキャッシュレスは使う事はお勧めできません。やめておいたほうがいいです。自分はもう２度と使いません。 ### 1/5 — Garbage xenophobic app *2025-01-21* As soon as you enter as a foreigner, your account will be restricted and blocked. Even after 2 years of regular use, even basic features are still locked. ### 1/5 — ペイディをアンインストールを薦めます *2025-01-04, version 3.45.0* 以前Amazonで買い物をし ペイディの方でお支払いしましたが プライム会員500円の請求がきてしまい ペイディに連絡すれば Amazonの方に連絡するように言われ、 Amazonの方に言えば 払わず放置していればいいと言われました。 そのまま放置しても遅延手数料が 掛かった状態で変わらなかったので もう一度ペイディにお問い合わせをしました 買い物(自分が購入)で500円差し引いたので Amazonプライムの500円の請求は キャンセルできませんとのことです。 それは理解できましたが こっちは遅延手数料が かかってしまっているので 遅延手数料をキャンセルを申請しましたが キャンセルできませんと言われました。 都合など考えたら仕方ないのかと思い 次の提案をしました 次、私が買い物したときに 遅延手数料分の金額を 引いてもらえれば 今きてる請求は支払いますと連絡しました。 ですがそれすらも無理と。 運営さんはお客さんに 負担をかけさせるんですね こちらが少しでもマイナスになるのでしたら ペイディは二度と使いません。 ## Frequently asked questions about Paidy ### What is Paidy?
