Très belle, application, simple mais pertinente, juste dommage que l’on ne puisse pas augmenter ou diminuer les valeurs avec un bouton plus ou moins mais bon on peut le faire directement en tapant avec le clavier numérique. 

Bien dommage que le taux d’hydratation soit plafonné à 80 % maximum, et que l’on doit le modifier manuellement à 100 %, et qu’il ne l’enregistre pas, il repasse tout le temps à 80 %

En tout cas très belle application et bravo au développeur

Une petite mise à jour et ce sera parfait Merci 👍👍👍👌🙏🏻

Application simple et efficace. Un outil génial pour calculer les bonnes quantités d’eau, de farine de levain et de sel pour faire son pain. 
Un énorme merci au concepteur !
PS : il est possible d’utiliser cet outil avec un levain de départ à 100% d’hydratation. Bien que par défaut le curseur ne permette que d’aller à 80%, il suffit de taper 100 manuellement et ça fonctionne. 
Selon mes nombreuses lectures sur le sujet, il vaut mieux dès que possible, préparer son levain avec un taux plus bas. Il est plus stable, moins sensible aux écarts de température. 
Avec cette application je suis donc descendu à 80% et je vais aller à 70%  ;-)
