## What is Pain Diary?

Migraine Tracker is a pain diary you can actually use while you have a migraine.

One tap logs the attack. A medication list with your own limits, a daily log that never nags, and a PDF report for your neurologist — on a screen dark enough to look at when light hurts.

Many migraine apps are bright, busy dashboards that ask twenty questions. This one is near-black, nothing on it flashes, and logging an attack takes one tap.

ONE TAP TO START. ONE TAP TO STOP.
Open the app, tap once, and the attack is running. Tap again when the pain stops. That is the whole job. You can put the phone down.

IT RUNS ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
While an attack is going, a card sits on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with the elapsed time counting up. End the attack from there without unlocking, or tap through to add details.

DETAILS ARE OPTIONAL, AND THEY CAN WAIT
Nothing is required in the moment. Later, open any attack on the Timeline and add how bad it got, on a 1 to 5 scale you can re-rate as it climbs; the symptoms — light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, aura; where in your head it hurt, on a diagram you tap; and a note in your own words. Tap Save and it is kept — or add none of it, and the log still works.

BUILT FOR HOW ATTACKS REALLY HAPPEN
An attack that runs past midnight stays one attack, not two. Three attacks in one day are three attacks. The recovery afterwards has its own end time. And a day of symptoms with no pain at all is something you can record, because it happens.

BUILT FOR LIGHT-SENSITIVE EYES
The Adjust tab darkens the whole app, further than your phone's brightness will go. Red shift takes the blue out of the screen. Monochrome removes colour completely. The launch screen is dark too, so opening the app mid-attack never flashes white.

TRIGGERS, AS YOU REPORT THEM
Tag an attack with what you think set it off: stress, poor sleep, a skipped meal, dehydration, alcohol, caffeine, bright light, screens, weather, hormonal. Your guess, kept as your guess — nothing here is inferred. Over months the pattern sits in the log instead of your memory.

MEDICATION LIST, WITH YOUR OWN LIMITS
Build your medication list once. While an attack is running, one tap logs a dose. Set your own limits — the gap between doses, how many in a week — and the app counts against them. It warns. It never blocks you, and it never tells you what to take.

INSIGHTS THAT DO NOT FLATTER
How often, how long, when they start, how bad they got, what came with them, where it hurt, how long recovery takes — over 90 days, 12 months, or all time. Every figure says how many attacks it is based on, and thin patterns are withheld rather than invented.

THE PDF YOUR NEUROLOGIST ASKS FOR
Pick 30 days, 90 days or 12 months and the app builds a PDF: a summary, severity and symptom breakdowns, your triggers, a medication table counted against your limits, and every attack with its start, length, peak, symptoms, doses and notes. Take it to an appointment, or attach it to a claim. Built on your phone; it leaves only when you send it.

YOUR LOG STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-in. No health data ever leaves this phone. Everything is stored locally and the app works offline.

NO NOTIFICATIONS. NONE.
This app has never asked permission to send you anything. No reminders you did not ask for, no streaks. There is nothing here to switch off.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It does not predict attacks. It does not diagnose anything and gives no medical advice. It is a diary — an honest record of what happened.

PRO
No ads. Logging, history, medications and the CSV export are included. The PDF report for your neurologist is part of Pro, an in-app purchase.

Migraine Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak to a clinician about your symptoms and medication.
