### 1/5 — Complete waste of money

*2022-06-21, version 2.9*

Very generalised information which left me feeling ripped off frankly and frustrated as I am on a low income.
I’d gone through the entire app in 30 mins and had learned nothing new.
It says at one point that exercise relieves fatigue. This is too vague and for some people exercising with fatigue is certainly ill advised.
I will delete the app now and move on.

### 1/5 — Do not pay for this app!!!

*2021-01-25, version 2.9*

I can see how this app would benefit someone who has been given a code by their clinical team as you can easily share information with the team on a regular basis. It is also free if accessed in this way. I, however have just paid £4.99 for it, despite the fact that the main and most useful feature is unavailable to me as I don’t have a code. I have read every section of the app and completed the assessments all in about 20 minutes. The toolkit is mainly common sense and provides very little advice on actually managing the pain. One of the so called ‘tools’ is titled ‘learning to relax’ and I was expecting at least to see advice on some relaxation techniques. It is actually just a list of activities that can be relaxing I.e. reading a book, gardening! Oh and 30 second video literally speaks the text with stick men illustrations. Not what I was expecting at all. I’m gutted that I paid £4.99 for this 😔

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2019-08-20, version 2.9*

Short videos and info about tools but with no real direction on how to implement them. Can get more info from the website. Complete waste of money.

### 1/5 — No Go

*2017-03-05*

Seems you have to have a "token" from a professional to use it. Otherwise there is no way to sign in.
Would of been nice if that was the first thing revealed in the description

### 1/5 — Frustrating!!!

*2016-12-23, version 2.6*

Will this service will be available to work again soon? App worthless without it tbh

### 5/5 — Great ! love it

*2016-03-15, version 2.3*

Fantastic at capturing my needs, it has great tools to help me understand my own pain! Great animations.
Love the support page and the tools best!
Think any one with pain and physical symptoms will
Benefit.
We need more apps like this.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-02-12, version 2.3*

A really easy to use app, simple but effective information which helped me manage my pain when put into practice!
Loved the way you can send reports to your GP to show them how you're getting on! Hope others get the benefit I have! Thanks!
