I bought this painting app and it says it doesn’t exist on the server.  What a scam. Also Apple iTunes provides no way to get a refund. I’ve tried every which way for hours to get help. Apple is just supporting funding a scam artist. Really disappointing.

This app stole my money. It doesn't open and says Error App does not exist. Can't really rate it because it won't open on my iPad. Had to select a star in order to send this.
