Walk the house, tap a few rooms, and text your customer a professional paint quote before you get back to the truck. PaintQuote Pro turns your walk-through into a polished, itemized estimate in about two to five minutes. No spreadsheets, no math on the back of a business card, no late nights typing up quotes. GUIDED SIX-STEP ESTIMATE The app walks you through it: customer, rooms, paint, labor, review, save. Every step is plain English, so you can build a quote while you're standing in the living room talking to the homeowner. ROOMS IN ONE TAP Choose from 12 common room presets sized for standard 9-foot ceilings, then adjust if you need to. Add a bedroom, a hallway, a bath, and a kitchen faster than you can measure them. PAINT COSTS THAT DO THE MATH Pick your wall color, with recently used colors always one tap away. The app calculates gallons and material cost automatically from each paint's coverage, so you stop guessing and stop leaving money on the table. LABOR AND TAX, LOCKED IN Set your labor rate and optional sales tax, and the estimate holds those numbers so the quote you sent is the quote you saved. QUOTES THAT LOOK THE PART Generate a clean, professional PDF you can print, email, or text on the spot. Or send a shareable link that stays live for 7 days so homeowners can review it, show a spouse, and say yes. EVERYTHING SAVED AND SAFE Customers and past estimates are stored for you and protected from accidental edits, so you can reference last month's job, repeat a quote, or follow up with confidence. BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK Independent painting contractors, handymen, and small crews who want to look organized, quote faster than the competition, and win more jobs without hiring an office. FREE TO TRY Download and build an estimate for free. Pro unlocks the full workflow for $19.99/month or $179.99/year, with a 7-day free trial so you can run it on real jobs first.
