## What is PainTrek?

PainTrek is an awarded 3D mobile application initially developed by the Headache & Orofacial Pain Effort (H.O.P.E.) laboratory at the University of Michigan. It allows patients, clinicians, and researchers to track, display and analyze body pain, signs and symptoms (e.g., pain area/intensity, sleep disorders, sensitivity to light, fatigue) from multiple regions, including head, face, and intraoral, in multivector-rotational 3D body with zoom capabilities. Logging in to this site is extremely difficult so much so I’m getting ready to delete the app from my IPhone 15.

I don’t want to create an account. I just want to track the issues. Not going to create an account just to see if this will meet basic needs. There’s no need whatsoever to force a sign-up - you’re not getting my data unless it’s necessary. Which it isn’t. Why is this so hard to understand?

This app was updated with new features in early 2023. It features a 3D figure for tracking your pain location and intensity over time. You can also use it to track mood, sleep and meditations. Plus there is a report feature that bundles this info in a quick overview to send to download or send to your medical professional.

Just tested the pain tracker. I love the drawing tool where the pain sits. What is missing though is a calendar to put more data in. I would like an exact date, time, what I tried and when medication taken (even on hindsight).
