This is the first app I’ve seen with this limitation. I don’t understand why the devices are sold in the US if the app doesn’t support the local units of distance. App is very clunky. Hierbei ist die App weniger intuitiv und die typischen Strecken (Arbeitsweg) werden in der Regel nicht richtig und nicht automatisch zugeordnet. Auch die Dienstfahrten zu Kunden oder für Einkäufe sind wenig intuitiv einzutragen. Tankfahrten oder Tankstopps habe ich bisher überhaupt nicht verstanden. Unverständlich ist auch, warum der Tracker erst bei Bewegung trackt und nicht beim Einschalten der Zündung. Somit sind die Startpunkte oft falsch. Ich hatte zuvor den Ryd (ehemals Tanktaler) Tracker. Dort hat alles super geklappt. Leider haben die den Tracker und das Fahrtenbuch eingestellt. Also, kurz, hier ist noch Luft nach oben. ### 4/5 — New Password Required *2025-08-15, version 2.5.18* Happy with the app for tracking my wayward dog but annoyed that the upgrade on Wednesday included more stringent password requirements. Login just failed with wrong password as my existing password didn’t meet the new criteria. Had to go through forgotten password rigmarole. This was not good as it happened when I was in the middle of a wood with dog off the lead! No tengo ninguna pega. Y soy un usuario real. Y mi perro se llama Salvador Bernstein … podéis encontrarlo en RRSS y vosotros mismos podéis comprobar lo que aquí he escrito. I tried resetting but I get no link to do so. There is no support phone number for the USA. The service is not even accurate the time that was up, gps was off by approximately 300 feets, sometime showed tracker a location when the item I was tracking was not even there. I this time I can’t recommend this service due to the lack of customer support, I emailed them thru Facebook messenger and get no replied either. For the amount of money this service cost there should someone available to help but I got nothing. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-11-21* It just made me update to the new version, and now it won’t work at all. I’ve tried logging in and it tells me my info is incorrect. So I tried resetting my password and I entered my email and it’s not working. It won’t even send me a reset link. I know I have the correct email because I have past emails from the PAJ in my inbox. Total waste of money and time. I ended up installing in both cars and a boat. The subscription fees is well worth not having the headache if the car is stolen. My neighbors boat got stolen in the middle of the night. My boat sends a loud alarm to my phone if it leaves a geofenced area around my street. I have three hidden and permanently wired units so no battery issues.
