Many essential features don’t work consistently, making it difficult for pilgrims—especially elderly people and those who are not familiar with technology—to access important information. Hajj is one of the most important journeys in a Muslim’s life. Pilgrims deserve a reliable, user-friendly, and well-tested application. The authorities should invest in improving the app so it genuinely serves the people instead of adding to their difficulties. The iOS app was approved later than expected due to Apple's review policies. The app has now been approved and updated. Please update the app to the latest version and apply for Hajj registration as soon as possible.
