I’ve been trying since this morning to create an account, but I still haven’t received the OTP not on my phone and not even by email. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time. This app sucked all the excitement out of our trip. It also reminded us of why we haven’t travelled to this country in a decade. The app is slow, buggy, and genuinely difficult to understand. I reached the end of the NICOP form after hours of trying and then it says to validate biometrics from a sibling or parent. Then when I finally got my brother to do the biometrics, the app crashed. And now the NICOP application says Submitted. But everything is completely frozen. Did it actually go through? I’m lost. The state of this app is a reflection on the state of this country.
