Shortly after browsing or showing interest in a vehicle, I started receiving sales calls. It gives the impression that user behavior is being monitored and shared with the sales team for marketing purposes, which feels intrusive. I understand personalized services are common, but users should have clearer control over their privacy and explicit consent before their in-app activity is used for sales outreach. I contacted their support team for a replacement but they refused to replace it. This product cost me 20000 and it is very disappointing.
