I hope that your app will have Vietnamese to Vietnam people can use it and understand it easier. Thank you ### 3/5 — Review for the App only *2026-07-02* Good looking app so far, but does need more improvements. We were not able to make Spa reservations through the even though we sent the request through the the app good thing we went to spa a day early to ask for information we found out that they do not see those requests and we have to schedule through the coordinator. The main problem for me is they say you have all these credits, but there's no way to view resort or Universal credits within the app. I also can't find any clear information on when or how those credits can be used. Overall, the experience makes it hard to confidently plan or take full advantage of the trip. ### 4/5 — Pretty good app *2026-06-17, version 2.2.18* Although it looks like mostly AI-generated, it does a good job. Though they did remove being able to order an extra bed/mattress. It’s still available, you just have to ask the hotel concierge in the app. ### 2/5 — Since the update a lot of stuff broke *2026-06-13, version 2.2.17* The app was very useful and quick for everything you needed. Now after the update. It’s harder to navigate. Yes they did make the map more Useful but if you reserve dining it doesn’t show in the agenda. But it will show the spa and excursions. The chat mode it has to discuss things with the hotel it just takes you to the palace elite main page. It did work once and I was able to chat with the hotel but now it’s broken. I will update if It’s fixed before my vacation is over but just like the punta Cana resort. The map portion of the app has the potential to be useful, but it struggles loading and it doesn’t tell you how to get to locations. It will only show you the general area, which really isn’t that helpful. With a resort this size, it would be helpful to either highlight the location or (even better) show a path/give directions on how to get there. ### 4/5 — Palace app *2026-02-28, version 2.1.96* I love the app. It keeps getting better and better however, there is one flaw for Diamond and residence members with the new app, you cannot view The Grand when staying at Nizuc or Sunrise this is huge and needs to be rectified soon. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-02-14, version 2.1.94* Doesn’t sync to current Dashboard. So I can’t digitally check in look at excursions, I won’t be able to make dining reservations, etc. Just another Palace FAIL!!!!! I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I have been disappointed with the sales, member services staff ALL of the years. The only saving grace is the Hotel Wait Staff, the cleaning staff and the people that actually run the hotel for the customers. ### 1/5 — Forced an update now maps won’t work. *2026-08-04, version 2.2.22* Forced an update while we are here and now we can’t access the maps. ### 1/5 — Vacation factory *2026-08-02, version 2.2.21* Nothing operates efficiently. The resort is pretty but far from finished. My son was injured by the unfinished pool deck. The unfinished resort came with a credit to Come back. We paid for 4 nights and the voucher was only for 3…that level a cheapness is in every experience. Some staff was rude. I came for my manicure and pedicure services at Sunrise saloon. RQQUEL did great job doing my acrylic nails. I recommend her for her best service whoever wants to do their service.
