I’m only giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t have auto translate like some of the other games that I’ve played. It’s hard to compete in alliance based events when people can’t communicate.

Avoid this game unless you’re okay with your paid “VIP” and progress being lost all of a sudden. 

When the game company messes up or have a bug out, there’s no compensation for losses, close to none customer service with unacceptable delayed response. All due to no fault of your own. They don’t care about the amount of gold you purchased to be “VIP”. They’re here for quick cash out not long-term game loyalty. In a way, it truly is a scam.

It’s been how many times. 

First the huge backlash of Apple ID users‘ accounts being deleted out of blue. If you don’t have a friend also playing alongside you and your personal contact handy outside of the game, you’re screwed. Because they wanted you take the initiate to contact, to provide two pages of data to customer service. After all that, said “compensation” never materialized. Not a beep. Like it never happened.

Now the server merger. A month out from the end of “log 10 days and receive 5-star set” just got cancelled altogether. Dress-Up Queen skipped 20 rounds, and the others skipped multiple rounds. Putting new servers being merged at a even greater disadvantage. No amount of gold you purchase out of pocket could make up that difference. Again no fault of your own forcing you to either spend or quit the game leaving all the hard-earned money in trash. 

Also do expect to occasionally delete and reinstall, close and open multiple times just to log on.

Customer service is terrible. If you have any issue or concerns you will never get a hold of CS for ANYTHING. I can guarantee you that.

If you plan on spending money it’s most likely because you want to boost your power. Palace Rule likes to merge servers to get rid of inactive players. This can knock you top from being in the top 5 in rankings to top 20. So all the hard work and money you spent to be on top on the rankings WILL be taken from you and it’s pretty much starting over. Save your money. Unless that doesn’t matter to you then spend away.

I tried contacting support they tell me I must not have an account even tho I sent them proof of the in app purchases I have made, do not uninstall this game! I re-installed recently and tried to go back to my old account but when I logged into every available option it told me I have no characters on this game. My biggest regret was supporting this game with purchases only to be tossed aside by support and told I am lying about my account. If I could I would give this app 0 stars for the horrible support service.

真的无语，之前玩没觉得什么，一月初发现账号登不进去，等了两天还是不行我选择联系客服，客服第一次回复是差不多一两个小时内，我不知道跟我反馈的时间有没有关系，但是后面几次都是跟我挤牙膏，让我提供账号信息我也提供了，一连快十天，客服回了四次，其中两次都是说会反映给相关部门，一点用都没有？闭口不提赔偿，也不做事！垃圾游戏

I am playing this game for the first time, playing for almost a few months, although there is not a lot of money, but I am also in the game to keep this part of the play, but play to the back, you add Allies and friends, they will slander you in it, so that players all over the world can see that they insult you. The quality of the players in this game is not very good, what words and things can be done, this game experience can only be really bad. If I had known that, I might as well have played another game. What a terrible game!

I have had this game since they launched a few years ago. My account was linked to my IOS account. I hadn’t logged in for quite a while but when I did….my account is just gone.  I had easily spent over $100 over there years buying things here and there. All my clothing and accessories pulls gone. Rank gone. Everything gone.

PLEASE DO NOT spend any money on this game! The developer has their own V0 player with endless resources to play against VIP players. Many of V0 player has more resources than V10+ players, those V0 players also knows the coming alliance competitions and cross servers competitions.
華人姊妹們，請不要浪費充值，因為這個遊戲啊公司有托，你充值再多也玩不過托，這些托有用不完的金幣，幾乎可以換完大部分活動的衣服，除了要充值才能換衣服的活動. 這些托都好可以提前知道每次聯盟榜和跨服榜什麼時候來，你就突然在某期的爭妃榜上幾乎看不到他們的名字，你就可以猜出應該是聯盟榜或跨服榜來了，而且每次都很准喔.有幾個低V玩家的V級別有一年多都沒變，可是每次都可以看見她穿只有充值才能換來的衣服，如果經常充值換服飾，為什麼VIP沒變化？
這個遊戲非常負面，專門開設‘消遣’活動，讓玩家詛咒對方，給對方換醜妝，要恢復容貌的話就得花100金幣，而且有很多印尼人經常在世界裡叫囂著要在這遊戲裡打倒華人，所以很多低V或V0的華人經常被印尼玩家消遣和欺負. 
我們服的很多姊妹們想遊戲方投訴了好久，一次都沒得到回復過！我們真的覺得自己是花錢買罪受！
華人們，在你們決定花錢充值時，請認真思考自己真的要花錢買罪受嗎？ 
我們有8個V8+的姊妹合算了充值金額，已經超出百萬美元了，足夠我們向Apple 和遊戲方提起訴訟了！

I’ve been playing Palace Rule for a long time, but I’m deeply disappointed by how the game handles player safety. A certain player has been using multiple accounts to target and bully another gamer, repeatedly labeling them with offensive names and posting abusive comments meant to harass and shame.

Despite reporting this issue multiple times, the customer service only responds with copy-paste replies and has taken no real action to stop this harmful behavior. It’s extremely disheartening to see such toxic actions go unchecked in a game with so many dedicated players.

If the developers truly care about their community, they need to take harassment reports seriously and enforce clear rules to protect players

I dared to ask for a refund for buying gold in this game because I bought the wrong product in game with it. Didn’t even use said in game product. Next thing I know they’ve frozen my game and I can only get it reinstated by paying them again for the refund I had approved. Spent thousands on this game already. Down the drain. Waste of time.

To preface, I have been playing this game for a long time—a REALLY long time. The last time they did server maintenance, something happened and I can’t get back to the spot I was at in the game. I have spent a log of money in this game, which is something I probably shouldn’t have done, but I digress. I have contacted customer service multiple times only to get absolutely no response at all. It’s been well over a month.  This is on top of the fact that the game developers have stopped expanding the “dates” that you have to complete to earn “intimacy points” yet have every other week some new thing that you have to spend money on to be able to get—usually a costume set or something like that. If I could give ZERO stars rating I would. Just be aware that if you download this game be prepared to spend and ultimately lose money.

After 2+ years of playing and $$ spent, I accidentally logged out of my Apple account on the game. As simple as a single touch.  I immediately logged back in and my account had disappeared.  Years of gameplay gone. Customer service is a joke, claim they aren’t able help me locate my account or my server.  The number of times I’ve seen a similar complaint from other users is ridiculous.

I enjoyed this game first but I decided to stop playing this game due to their extremely poor customer service. Don’t buy any coins from them. They kept saying I didn’t pay for that and denied my access to the game after charging me multiple times!!! They asked me to pay additional due to their system errors. The customer service kept repeating themselves and ignoring my concerns. Avoid this game at all costs

一些心得吧～
1. 用Facebook登陆感觉最稳定，只要别解绑账号，通常不会因为FB出问题而丢失 - 可是无法切换两个绑定FB的账号
2. 用Google登陆比较容易切换账号，不过Google账号要时不时的去登陆管理一下，不然搁置太长时间容易Google账号冻结，游戏号就废了
3. FB和Google账号来回切换是可以的
4. 每两个星期三就会出一个新的服区
5. 学会放弃一些服装。不氪VIP是不可能得到的，除非囤了至少一万二以上的金币。VIP主场活动就不参与，攒金币 - 有些活动性价比高的多了。参与那些就行了，衣服也很好看。具体什么类型的活动可以自行做算术～
6. 这个游戏90%就是和别的玩家比赛。竞争激烈，也有时容易引起矛盾、反感。别太当回事，游戏而已！一般前十名奖励都很不错的，没必要次次拼第一。
7. 个人觉得服装超级美，活动配的故事偏文言文的词句也超级赞！谁写的？太厉害了！反正我没学过古文，逼死我都写不出这样的话哈哈

English version:
1. Logging in with Facebook, not as likely to lose access to account, but cannot switch between two Facebook linked game accounts on one device if you play more than one character. 
2. Can switch back and forth when logged in with Google, but make sure not to leave your Google account inactive for too long because Google seems prone to locking the account due to long periods of inactivity. If this happens, then your game account will be lost. 
3. Switching between Facebook and Google on the same device is okay. 
4. A new server is released every other Wednesday. 
5. Some outfits are not obtainable without VIP, unless you saved at least 12k gold beforehand, and that’s okay. There are lots of events that don’t require as much gold. 
6. Competition between players is simply an essential feature of this game. It can cause resentment and frustration at times. I suggest not to take anything personally or get too aggressive over a mobile game. Usually, the rewards for being in the top 10 are pretty decent already. No need to get first place every time. 
7. I personally think that the costumes are beautiful and the Classical Chinese texts are impressive. Whoever wrote them is a genius! I didn’t learn Classical Chinese. Can’t write in that style for the life of me!
