It is very difficult to locate yourself on the map of the Palacio.
The app keeps trying to play ridiculous games even in the “adult” mode.
You cannot rewind nor fast forward through the audio.
Finally, all the “augmented reality” does is open your camera!

Fun & Informative
I guess the app has been updated since the other reviews as we found it informative and entertaining. The kids especially enjoyed the augmented reality. It did need to be restarted on occasion to get it to pick up the next room
Your app to visit
It is very frustrating to use your app to visit the palacio. Using the map to identify the location is very difficult and frustrating. All you need is a post in the room indicating which number the room is linked to. I hope this will help other people with a more pleasant visit. The palacio is wonderful and it deserves a better visit

PEOR IMPOSIBLE
La audio guía tarda en cargar el audio. La app se cierra cada dos por tres con un Iphone 14. La parte de realidad virtual no funciona. La calidad de la realidad aumentada es malísima. Una pena que no hayan invertido mas dinero en desarrollar una aplicación que este a la altura de este monumento.
Terrible application
Built by children, for children. The numbers in the palace don’t correspond with the numbers on the map in the app, resulting in a frustrating experience. Save yourself the bother. Plus the QR code outside only works for Google Play, so you need to search on the app store anyway. Bad experience.
