It’s interesting, but I feel like my ChatGPT can do that too, and I have been doing it for over a year. I was hoping this would give something more which I like the map but that seems to be all I get with the premium and it’s ridiculous. Why charge for premium and then you still have to pay an insane amount for tokens to do anything? It’s absolutely absurd ### 3/5 — Not worth it *2026-08-06, version 3.1.1* Don’t get me wrong, it’s an enjoyable time killer. But, even with paying the $40 annual subscription, you only get 125(?) credits and each response costs a credit. You blow through those in 3 days and then can’t use the app unless you spend more. If you want full functionality you’ll need the subscription & if you want to actually play the game you’ll need to buy tokens or watch ads. It’s a nice app but with t the inability to read freely daily without first watching ads is just crazy. Many other apps offer the same things with free coins as well. This one is not special enough to not offer free coins ### 4/5 — Premium isn’t worth *2026-06-18, version 3.0.1* Games great, started with nothing but a broken spear against a cyclops and turned it into over taking a slave camp, convincing the guard to turn to me as a leader and now I’m in charge of getting supply lines setup and training a militia of freed slaves. If that’s not a sandbox idk what is . All before I got premium. I caved to get it due to it stating it would remove ads and a way to get more tokens to progress your story is to watch ads . Doesn’t skip it. Only problem I’ve had is a soft cap on how many objectives a single quest can have (20) ### 4/5 — Great game *2026-06-18, version 3.0.1* The game is amazing. The ai dm is pretty legit. I only have two issues. The inventory needs work. I trade or craft things and the items remain cluttering my spaces. Also wish my questions would regenerate over time instead of having to watch adds or pay. The things the AI does well, it does very well. I was impressed with the way it weaves my responses and the story together. There is no class selection, but I started singing in game and the AI NPCs started treating me like a bard and the quest started becoming bard themed-pretty cool. But what the AI does poorly makes the game unplayable. The AI gets times and places mixed up. A NPC I met on quest day 1 talked about traveling together the previous day (before the game even started). The caravan is heading east to the next destination, then suddenly it is heading west to the previous destination. I called it out, and the AI tries to cover its tracks by telling me I was under a memory loss spell. Classic GPT gaslighting. Really, the AI can’t keep track of its own story. Maybe the premium AI is better, but I’m not paying $8 to find out. Ultimately under the hood is just an LLM; its job is to create text that looks right, whether it is actually right or not. ### 1/5 — Orcs… *2026-07-27, version 3.1.1* Huh? I fight orcs for about 20 turns. they are taking beat and bleeding but they did not dead. I wasted 20 tokens on orcs and they are still alive, not dead. ### 1/5 — Purchasing full game doesn’t give unlimited turns *2026-07-26, version 3.1.1* I love the game and never want to spend money on iPhone games but this one hooked. I’m EXTREMELY frustrated that purchasing the full game at $40/year doesn’t allow me unlimited turns and I STILL need to watch ads to gain 2 turns. I will be requesting a refund from Apple and report this. If this gets fixed my the developer and I’m not limited in turns I will definitely renew my subscription to the game year after year. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-21, version 3.1.1* Charged me twice for tokens and never received them and now I can’t even access my account. I get the premium for a year, tell me why they still have the tokens system instead of allowing for continuing onward and you have to watch the ads or drop even more money on the app to get your turns. That’s insane, if it’s an error then hey that’s fine. But that’s just crazy. ### 1/5 — Good idea bad money grab *2026-06-24, version 3.1.0* So I tried the premium for 1 week, it did nothing extra special other than allow you to see a map(which isn’t accurate- what I mean if all the places I visit are in a city, the locations on the map are spread across a mountain ridge) the premium lets you see AI generated pictures. That’s it, but every time you do a action it takes a token, why have a premium subscription that says unlimited but you still have to buy tokens or watch ads to get more tokens(watching ads gives you 50 a day) I also just tried a premium adventure and just to load it in and pick name and attributes it took 5 tokens, and then looking in inventory and equipping item took another. SO WHY HAVE A UNLIMITED PREMIUM PASS IF PLAYERS ARE STILL REQUIRED TOKENS TO PLAY Now I can see the visualization it takes a token away also, damned money grabbing game ### 1/5 — Would not recommend *2026-06-22, version 3.0.1* While some of the stuff does seem great. Unless you feel like paying a subscription of 40 a year to unlock most things, on top of hundreds of dollars for tokens each year. (Every sentence or action you take costs 1+ tokens) overall it’s not worth it, if the subscription made it so that you did not need tokens it would be worth it until then. It’s just a moneygrubbing thing. You are better off putting the commands into chat Gpt to make it a dungeon master and you will have the same effect including pictures and the likes. And for free as well ### 1/5 — New update erased my stories and took all my tokens! Don’t waste your time! *2026-06-07, version 3.0.1* When the new update came out on June 7, it crashed my game and would no longer let me continue any of my stories so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and when I did, all of my stories were deleted, and my tokens that I purchased were taken. It’s fun. It’s ai is really smart. Kinda sucks most stuff is premium. You can chat for coin and watch ads for coin each message is a coin and the type of stories are restricted but honestly if your going to watch an ad for a game this is definitely an awsome world building ai and a great Dm you can do whatever and be whatever. Oh, and if you try to troubleshoot yourself? It saves NONE of your data; none of your games. Nothing. Not even the money you spent on games. Like, it was really great and, after the errors of “something went wrong” constantly, it started getting annoying asf. Please fix the damn errors; fix the fact that the game lost all my save information AND the money I already spent! ### 4/5 — “It worked!” *2026-08-20, version 4.0.0* The game has nearly limitless potential for actions, and tends to allow nonsense, but requires that it passes a check, firm but fair, I like it! The credit system is very aggressive, so while I’d recommend it for a short play through, like an hour, I wouldn’t recommend spending any money because that won’t, in my opinion, give you bang for your buck.
