It might start simple but as you gain more skills and moves it becomes just complex enough. The writing is great and you can tell that the devs really but a lot of love into this game! The story and humour are funny. There are lots of choices that you can choose when process the quest which reminded me about fallout 3. However there are a couple of things: 1) drinking health potion during combat: sometimes it works and some time it doesn’t. Quite annoying so please fix it soon. 2) I am F2P player and now I stuck at the Capital City. After clearing the Secret Passage, I can not find any quests or marked spots to do. Is this the end? Will there be more quests in the future? Thanks for reading **Developer response:** 1. be sure that you swipe up and then drag your finger to the health potion icon above your figure. The potion has to be highlighted red, before you can release your finger. 2. The way to the next area is on the left side of the map. Right above the Arena. ### 5/5 — Addictive *2020-09-21* I saw this game being promoted on Reddit by the dev and I thought, what the heck. Downloaded it and have not been able to put it down! The narration is quite funny and the combat system is easy to get the hang of. I love that the map and movement system were inspired by board games. Awesome game, did not hesitate to buy the "pro" version to support the devs! It's not a pay-to-win at all, nor is it full of IAPs like other games are. 10/10 would talk to strawberries again ### 5/5 — Great game *2020-09-20* I mostly found it on reddit and played it to support the developer. But the game was actually pretty fun, sure there’s micro transactions but they’re not insane and the gameplay is fun and the story is funny. Once in a hundred times I succeeded. Uninstalled. ### 1/5 — WHY!!! *2020-11-05* I like this game BUT you don’t get the some stuff you SHOULD have. You have to PAY real money for the pro stuff. I get that free adds and should be like that but that’s not the point. It’s that SOME of the stuff in the pro version seems like stuff you shouldn’t have to pay for. If you don’t change the stuff I am about to request right now I am going to delete this app and never download it ever again. Anyway the stuff I request is make it so you can get all the skins and all the maps and all the quests and the travel thing for free. Hope you do it. Won’t load most of the time which is most frustrating ### 2/5 — Review of the first minutes into the game. *2021-01-31* The concept is really good but poorly executed. The app itself seems to be made to get money out of the player with a lot of ‘pro’ stuff and ads. The combat system is interesting but ultimately boring and inconvenient since there’s nothing else appealing about it. The art style looks quite ugly and unrefined and the skins at a glance look mostly the same (only the pro skins look a lot more different than the normal ones), the store was also quite confusing. The art wouldn’t normally be a minus but as there’s nothing interesting about the game it becomes one (at least the art should be appealing if nothing else is). I played the game for a few minutes but didn’t see any decisions I could make, the story was unappealing and tried to seem quirky but failed in that aspect. There was no backstory of the character or the world itself and we were thrown directly into the game. There seems to be a way to view the story so far but it doesn’t seem useful if the story is bad, maybe for quest completion only? The story so far was to collect strawberries and kill the rat pests and after being forced to use the bonfire to heal I had to either wait a minute, see an ad or become pro which was blatantly made just to get money. This game takes place in the medieval era and has such great humor. Plus it’s not like every mobile game luckily, you get an add if you choose to watch that add for something of your gain.
