Because the old one was rejected after Philippines required to register your phone number my old sim lost signal. But they won’t let me do it because I already have an account. So I contact customer service if the can replace my new number you account she/he told me it will take 7 days so I’ll wait for 7 days nothings happen I still can’t use my account!
