## Newest reviews (10 of 31)

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2015-09-27, version 1.5*

Looks like this could be a good app but has some problems. Hasn't been updated since 2014, favorites doesn't work, and can't access 'more' - just keeps spinning. I won't even consider an upgrade until these basic items can be corrected.

### 1/5 — Useless. Only offers a few recipes

*2013-08-27, version 1.1*

Basically they want you to buy the paid version. Don't bother.

### 1/5 — Learn English

*2013-08-24, version 1.1*

Numerous typos, grammatical and spelling errors throughout.
Although one would not download this app for the grammar, it is difficult to trust the content when the author is clearly uneducated and writes scientific facts as if he or she is texting.

Read the book. You're not going to obtain anything of value from an app.

### 2/5 — Terrible

*2013-07-04, version 1.1*

I agree with the other review, there's maybe 10 recipes total! Good recipes but might as well do a small google search!

### 3/5 — Tasty recipes

*2013-02-22, version 1.1*

I like being able to try some recipes to get taste of the type of recipes. Upgrade cost isn't bad at all but would really like to know how many carbs each serving is. Paleo diet is great for diabetics to lower insulin so carb count is very important.

### 1/5 — Very few recipes ~ bait and switch

*2013-01-21, version 1.1*

I understand this is the free version but it's hard to evaluate if the app is worth having if there are less than 12 recipes to pick from. Don't install the free version.

### 1/5 — Pretty deceptive

*2013-01-12, version 1.1*

The screen shots and claims of 300 recipes are for the Pro version. I don't mind a try-before-you-buy version, in fact I appreciate it. What I don't like is the bait and switch. I won't buy from a company that uses deceptive marketing purposes however innocuous - its a horrible way to start a relationship.

### 2/5 — No nutritional values for a health recipe cook book

*2013-01-06, version 1.1*

I appreciate the free version for what it is. It has great looking recipes but when you are cooking and prepping for certain aspects of your diet, their recipes don't provide you with any of that. For me it's not worth buying knowing that others have that figured out on theirs so I can search for certain nutritional aspects that I want or don't want in my meals.

### 1/5 — Annoyed

*2012-12-31, version 1.1*

I understand it's a free app. But really there is no point in getting it...you only get 6 recipes...it's just really annoying trying to see how it works... When you have nothing to work with!!

### 3/5 — Not free

*2012-12-12, version 1.1*

You'll get a handful of recipes but to get more you have to pay. Good app. I also think the other reviews are staged.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2014-03-11, version 1.2*

No recipes only pictures

### 1/5 — Gay

*2014-03-06, version 1.2*

No recipes

### 1/5 — Waste of time downloading

*2014-03-02, version 1.2*

Gives you a few recipes but wants you to pay for other features. I am deleting!

### 1/5 — Useless

*2014-02-18, version 1.2*

No recipes. Completely useless app. Pictures of food and descriptions of dishes and that's it.

### 1/5 — Nothing but pictures

*2014-02-12, version 1.2*

It's just pictures of the food and words saying what the dish is called.... No recipes... No nothin... Like, ten dishes too...

### 1/5 — Lack of recipes

*2014-01-19, version 1.2*

Allows you to scroll through "B" then asks you to pay. I don't think so...

### 1/5 — So far, useless

*2013-11-14, version 1.2*

Only about 15 so called recipes. No instructions on how to make them!
Maybe that's only for pro?
Was expecting more than a short list of recipes without any details.
New to Paleo, this didn't help at all :(

### 1/5 — How do I prepare the meals?

*2013-10-29, version 1.2*

It shows the meals and the preparation time of each meal but it does not show the ingredients and instructions as to how to prepare the meals

### 1/5 — What recipes?

*2013-10-04, version 1.2*

I wasn't terribly impressed with this app when I downloaded it. For the Oct 3 update, the devs removed all ingredients and instructions. Apparently, that 42MB download was all pictures and zero content!
I have a half dozen solid paleo cookbooks, and there's tons of recipes online. You're far better off using Pinterest, Big Oven, and searching and saving to your reading list. Even if the recipes are bad, at least you'll have an ingredient list and directions!

### 1/5 — Really nothing here

*2013-09-11, version 1.1*

Waste of time to get this. It is one big commercial with links in the way and everywhere for the paid version.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2013-01-20, version 1.1*

I was worried going paleo that I would be eating very plain. These meals are excellent and easy to make! It helped me not over spend when I went shopping but I shopped for the things that I needed for the meals. The prep instruction are clear and simple. A personal favorite is the paleo pancakes (they really fill you up) and the bacon endive...hmmmm good!

### 5/5 — Helpful App

*2012-12-28, version 1.1*

Easy to use recipes.

### 5/5 — My fats burn

*2012-12-11, version 1.1*

It’s amazing to see how my fats burn using this simple but superb diet app.

### 5/5 — A convenient app for planning a paleo diet

*2012-12-11, version 1.1*

This app is a convenient one for my paleo diet. The instructions as well the recipes are the best here.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2012-12-11, version 1.1*

I didn’t know a Paleo diet app exist. I am new to this app but the recipes are good.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2012-12-11, version 1.1*

This diet app is really unique and awesome. I tried this for the first time and really liking it.

### 4/5 — New to paleo!

*2015-09-06, version 1.5*

Read this app with an opened mind, found it to be simple, concise but not totally complete. Have changed my diet and feel much better for it.if your considering moving to the paleo diet I would highly recommend this app. Best of luck, it is easy to follow if you cook at home, more difficult if you eat out all the time , for obvious reasons.

### 4/5 — Getting Healthy

*2013-07-14, version 1.1*

This app was pretty useful for starting out

### 3/5 — Too few recipes

*2013-11-07, version 1.2*

Not much to this app

### 3/5 — No Nutrition profile

*2013-05-10, version 1.1*

This would be a 100% better app if there were nutrition labels included. There's a reason people follow Paleo so it seems silly to think NOT including that would be well tolerated. I'd upgrade and give a higher rating once that's available.
