## What is Paleo Plate?

Over 150 (and growing) of our favourite Paleo and gluten free recipes broken up into delicious categories!

If a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. The core concept of Paleo is to avoid grains, sugars, dairy, and artificially processed food and replace them with high quality meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. Going back to a time before processed food can be difficult, so we’ve created a compilation of delicious recipes. 

Tons of recipes in each category: pork, beef, poultry, seafood, breakfast, side dishes, and the highly coveted paleo dessert!

Our app is highly visual Our goal was to offer a wide variety of recipes and a highly usable and visually appealing application, and we have delivered.

Browse beautiful pictures of delicious food and make the dish yourself using our recipe instructions on either iPhone or iPad.

Not all recipes have complete instructions. Current meal I’m making has about 6 ingredients not mentioned in the directions and because it’s an unfamiliar dish, it leaves me guessing or going elsewhere to find the answer. Weird!

Do not buy this app if looking for a paleo food list. There are multiple errors on this list which I found out from having adverse reactions to certain foods. I couldn’t figure out why until I double-checked certain foods on other lists.

I’ve tried the Paleo diet many times, unsuccessfully over the past several years. Paleo Plate was exactly what I needed to motivate me and get me excited about this way of eating! Beautifully organized categories, vibrant photos, food shopping lists, and simple ingredients did it for me! This is the only app I’ve ever thought enough about to review. Well done, Paleo Plate!
