Really love their products, I can place an order for my family within minutes and have it arrive the same day. The salmon did not look wild caught, sockeye, and was incredibly small and was not as “heavy” compared to what was advertised in the photos. The steak similarly did not show grass fed-grass finished properties. Either this app has to step up and change its sources, or not advertise “good” quality food/ produce. Embarrassingly disappointing to see another Thai based app/ service underdeliver like this. Never buying again, until reforms are made. It deletes random items when you try to remove a specific item from the cart. And when you try to add another item of something you already have, it re-adds old items which were removed (and subsequently lost in cyberspace). These bugs make it very difficult to add or remove items from the cart, because it starts to randomly remove items from the cart order which you've spent 1-2 hours creating.
