## What is Palestrico?

Never wonder what you lifted last time. Palestrico replaces the paper notebook: follow a plan or build your own, log sets in two taps with a keypad made for weights and reps, and see your previous best for every exercise while you train. Max weight, estimated 1RM and best set volume are tracked automatically, and you'll know the moment you break one. Works fully offline.

Free includes full logging, all set types, personal records, unlimited plans of your own, the complete exercise library, rest timer, reminders, body measurements and progress photos, all stored on your device. Palestrico Plus adds cloud sync across devices, no ads, the full curated plan library, unlimited backed-up photos and data export.
