Pali is a GLP-1 tracker and AI calorie counter in one. Log every dose or shot, rotate injection sites, keep a symptom diary for side effects, and track protein and calories right next to your weight — plus AI food logging, meal plans, and water. GLP-1 SHOT TRACKER & DOSE REMINDERS On a GLP-1 medication? Pali works as your GLP-1 medication tracker and weight loss injection tracker in one. Log each dose or shot in seconds, keep a clear dose history, and get a dose reminder before your next injection is due. INJECTION SITE TRACKER Use the injection site tracker to rotate between sites like stomach, thigh, and arm. Every injection is saved with its site, making the next spot easy to choose. SIDE EFFECT & SYMPTOM DIARY The GLP-1 symptom tracker lets you note side effects like nausea, fatigue, or appetite changes in your GLP-1 diary, then see how they change week to week. PROTEIN, CALORIES & WEIGHT IN ONE VIEW When your appetite shrinks, every meal counts. Pali doubles as a GLP-1 food tracker and GLP-1 calorie counter: track protein and calories next to your weight progress and watch your weight trend as your treatment continues. Pali does not give medical advice. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance. AI FOOD SCANNER & CALORIE SCANNER (Premium) Take a photo — Pali's AI food scanner identifies the food, estimates portion size, and auto-logs calories, protein, carbs, and fat. A full meal, logged in seconds. BARCODE SCANNER Scan any packaged food barcode — Pali pulls nutrition data, calories, and macros from a large database. CALORIE & MACRO TRACKER See your daily intake against your calorie goal and track your calorie deficit toward weight loss or surplus toward weight gain. AI calorie tracker, macros calorie counter, food nutrition tracker, and calorie deficit tracker — all in one view. Smart macro AI flags imbalance before it stalls progress. CALORIE CALCULATOR & DEFICIT CALCULATOR Use the calorie calculator and calorie deficit calculator — enter your goal and Pali works backwards from your weight, height, and activity to set your daily calorie budget. AI DIET COACH (Premium) Your AI diet coach studies your eating habits, calorie intake, and weight trend, then delivers daily nutrition insights and plan adjustments. MEAL PLANNER & RECIPES (Premium) A weekly meal planner built around your diet — keto, low-carb, high-protein, plant-based, or balanced — with a meal plan, recipe ideas, and a grocery list. On a GLP-1 diet? The high-protein plan keeps protein up as portions shrink. WEIGHT TRACKER & BMI Log your weight, watch the trend, and Pali calculates your BMI from your height and weight. Progress charts and a goal weight keep you accountable. NUTRITION TRACKER & FOOD JOURNAL A complete nutrition tracker, food journal, and food diary — your food tracker for weight loss keeps a record of every meal, snack, and macro. WATER TRACKER Log every glass, hit your daily water goal, and get a gentle water reminder.
