They never get the order right. Always forget something from your salad like the dressing or the crisps. And you can’t get refunds through the app

Love this restaurant’s food but they screw up orders all the time by forgetting items. And worse, the app doesn’t let you report problems to get partial refunds. You’re supposed to call the restaurant and ask for a refund to your card over the phone, which is never worth the hassle.
