It took us to areas where there is NOTHING for guests. The locations are completely off. You’d think you could click on a restaurant with that tab showing, and find some info. No, it does nothing. ### 3/5 — Can no longer zoom into menus *2025-12-09, version 6.0* I get what they’re trying to achieve by putting everyone in one place, but it’s now almost impossible to read the menus as can no longer zoom into them. They need to do better with linking this app I feel like it’s not worth downloading ### 1/5 — Unable to sign up *2025-06-10, version 5.6* I have downloaded the app but sadly when I click on the sign up button I get redirected to a page that displays an error message ‘no resource found’. I clicked on the ‘app support’ button in the App Store, that just takes you to a generic website. ### 1/5 — App not in English *2025-06-02, version 5.6* When I download the app it ask for 3 options to be confirmed before you can use the app and nothing is in English ### 2/5 — Cannot log in because date format is incorrect *2025-04-14, version 5.6* Login to TRS Coral hotel requires check out date in DDMMAA (Spanish) format. However, after using the Date Picker, it enters the date in MM/DD/YYYY format and there is no option to manually enter the date. So I cannot make restaurant reservations during my stay. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-02-21, version 5.6* You are surveyed about your stay after the first night but they are unresponsive to your concerns. I’ve stayed at many different resorts in JA and this has been the worse. Neither app or website are updated so watch out for unexpected members only areas relegating you to limited spaces. App directions are nonexistent making dining reservations difficult among many other problems. It’s really the worst app I have had to use for a family vacation. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-09, version 7.6.2* Currently staying at 5 star hotel in Sicily and the app constantly doesn’t work on WIFI or on mobile. Just reinstalled again for the 3rd time in 4 days. When you book à la carte restaurants it doesn’t record it in the app like in a calendar, this is very poor. Overall the app needs a lot of work to make it more usable. ### 1/5 — Do Better *2026-05-30, version 7.3.3* This app is dry af and does not give you what you need to make reservations or even have insight to the resort. They are getting too much money to have such rinks sink app. The website could use some help as well. With the money you are spending to stay at the resort you would think they would pour money into advertising and marketing to get you excited for your stay. It's so glitchy and slow and dry it makes you have anxiety thinking that you are being scammed. ### 1/5 — Basic app, not useful *2026-02-20, version 7.0.2* this application does not have a bare minimum needed for a traveler who would be using this application while staying at the resort. It does not have any information about any activity or an option to book anything, for example a gym class I would love to see an update . Even though the hotel i am staying in has a butler’s service and a majordome, still it would be useful to know schedule of events and activities to make informed decisions about daily schedules ### 1/5 — Room hot at night!! *2026-02-07, version 7.0.2* Noticed Chilled waterline SHUT in building 37 at Grand Palladium in Jamaica!! Feb. 7th 2026 Reason why rooms not cooling Have been asking for someone to take of it for 4 days now. They keep telling us someone will fix it!!! Also alcohol drinks are way too potent!!! My goodness, we are drunk after 2-3 drinks!! We will probably Never come here, and even any of the Grand Palladium across the World!!; plus imagine the people we know that will know. Vacationer from Canada!! ### 1/5 — Junk App and Website *2026-01-16, version 6.2.0* I keep getting error messages when logging in on the app saying that they’re having troubles (these never seem to end). The website logs me in and then kicks me out immediately. Seems like this company needs to invest in some quality engineers and IT employees because I don’t have high hopes for my stay next week with this unprofessional junk they’ve put out for the public. ### 1/5 — updated app is trash *2026-01-10, version 6.1.0* Used to work fine all the time. Updated version that added Palladium Rewards login doesn't work on my iphone 15 or ipad with current OS. Every time try to access a hotel to view restaurant schedules, activities etc I get a white screen that never loads. Junk ### 1/5 — Cannot add booking *2026-01-04, version 6.1.0* Checked into hotel online, downloaded app and created account. How the hell do you add your booking to your account? It just tells me I have “mo current bookings”… used the same email and personal details as my actual booking. Pointless app and already a bad experience to a holiday resort that was meant to provide an ebutler “BEFORE and during” my stay. We get there in 12 hours and still not heard anything. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-01-02, version 6.1.0* Used for the hotel in Punta Mita. App didn’t allow us to make reservations for dinner. Front desk just said “yeah it can have glitches”. We also reserved a court for pickleball through the app but when we went to check in for our reservation the time slot was not available and apparently didn’t even inform us that the reservation we tried to make was not available. The map feature is horrible, you can’t zoom in to even see the layout, the pins were all overlapping so you really cannot see where things are located on the property. Poor experience overall! ### 1/5 — App and web booking not working *2025-11-10, version 5.6* I’m very interested in the resort but no matter what I try on my phone, the app displayed a 404 error when I hit “book” to review room options, and the website just stayed blank. The app has one job - get customers. Service is fantastic from superb staff The Entertainment team do just that and it seems they might work to a slightly less meaty programme they still do a great job. Our waiter Anthony was top notch, friendly, gave us great food suggestions, the chief Derron did an amazing job on the food, we tried all the appetizers which all were delicious, we had shrimp fajitas and chipotle shrimp tacos- enjoyed every bite. Also saw an Amazing sunset during our dinner.
