Palliative and Elderly Care Application (PEC) แอพพลิเคชั่นสำหรับช่วยดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะประคับประคองเป็น "วิธีการดูแลโดยให้การป้องกันและบรรเทาอาการตลอดจนความทุกข์ทรมานด้านต่างๆที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น เน้นการดูแลที่เป็นองค์รวมครอบคลุมทุกมิติของสุขภาพอันได้แก่ กาย ใจ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วย" และเป็นเครื่องมือในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายสำหรับผู้ป่วย ผู้ดูแล และบุคลากรสาธารณสุข ในการให้ความรู้ ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเบื้องต้น สร้างเครือขายสุขภาพในชุมชน ให้เข้าถึงทรัพยากรในพื้นที่ เพิ่มช่องทางการติดต่อรับคำปรึกษา และรวบรวมข้อมูลสุขภาพสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพ
