## What is Palm Beach Metabolic Care?

Palm Beach Metabolic Care helps existing patients of Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach, P.A. stay connected with their care team between office visits. Accounts are provided by the practice; there is no public registration.

Track your care
Record your weight and medication doses, view your progress, and complete a weekly check-in. Medication entries are personal tracking records and do not create or change a prescription.

Stay connected
Send private messages to your care team, view appointment information entered by the practice, and set reminders.

Learn between visits
Browse the practice’s education library and recipes to support your care.

This app does not sell, dispense, ship, or compound medication. Prescriptions from your clinician are sent to a pharmacy and filled outside the app. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or medication orders.

This app is for tracking and care coordination. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or calculate medication doses, and it does not replace your clinician’s judgment or the practice’s medical record.

If you are experiencing severe symptoms, seek urgent medical care or call 911.
