No members support. Every newsletter has no value except to try to sell you more stuff. And no way in hell you’ll get a refund. I’ve been a subscriber for 5+ years to a number of services. For a premium service I am astonished at the caliber of customer service and tech support of the app. Specifically, videos stopped playing in the app on iPad, and the responsiveness and competence to resolve the issue has been dismal. ### 2/5 — Totally agree... content great but constant marketing emails are annoying *2021-06-13, version 4.0.10* The contract is great. But they’re sending too many constant emails about marketing. Even after spending money to get additional research newsletters, I’m still receiving emails about the same research information I just paid for.
