I rely heavily on Public Transport to get to work and very rarely does the app even load. When it does, there’s a 50/50 chance the busses are even running that day. It’s as if the drivers choose random days to not work, and Palm Tran doesn’t even bother notifying the passengers. Do better because this is just ridiculous. I’ve witnessed first had busses pull up to stops and just change to “out if service” in the middle of the day for no reason, or had drivers just not take passengers and drive off. The buses are constantly late, and sometimes the driver doesn’t even ring the door bell when they arrive. People rely on this service to get to school, work, and important places, so when it’s this unreliable it seriously affects our lives. I’ve literally gotten absences because of this. It feels really unfair when you’re trying your best to be responsible but the system keeps failing you. Public transportation should support the community, not make people feel ignored and disrespected. Your map is glitchy, takes forever to load or simply doesn’t load, and half at a time it does not let you select the bus stop that you’re trying to select. And why is there no option to purchase all day bus pass on the Palm Tran paradise app? I shouldn’t have to spend $10-$20 to catch a few buses to downtown or the library just so I can purchase a all day bus pass that’s ridiculous. Busses are always stuck in random spots they aren’t actually in. Sometimes the busses don’t even show up on the map. There’s 0 customer service, and no way to tell if a bus has shut down or stopped service. They run regularly and consistently. But most buses running East to West run only every hour or more. I have notice that driver do not have clear a good services to a handicapped person Especially how to deploy the ram when someone in a wheelchair meet to get in and out from the bus. Sometime they don’t leve enough space to use the ram properly Some driver are lazy. Prefer do not give the service saying there not space. Locating yourself on the app is a hassle. It never loads it . Overall the app is very slow and fails to load pages on command .
