## What is Palmetto Proactive?

We are a direct primary care (DPC) family medicine practice that reunites the physician and patient in a proactive partnership. We dedicate our efforts to your care while keeping the cost of care affordable, always transparent and known to our patients.

Our app uses Apple HealthKit to read data and show that data to our members for them to track how they are progressing towards the care goals set for them.

Prompts for Wearable Device Connectivity - Patients without connected wearable devices will now receive prompts to connect from the activity task completion interface on their apps, enhancing engagement and data capture.
Imaging results - Patients will be able to view imaging results in the clinical profile section of patient app.

Enhanced Support for Wearables: We're excited to announce an upgrade in app that enhances the integration of wearable device data. With this update, both providers and patients gain access to additional patient metrics such as heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and blood oxygen directly within our platform.
Patients can export their lab results from the app.
Patients can also view notes on the app
