Gift cards didn’t transfer from the old app to the new app and the support emails listed do not respond to emails. I will need to call my bank to do a chargeback.

I’m unable to access my gift cards after the transition from old app. that’s a pretty glaring oversight…

**Developer response:** Hi sorry to hear about this issue. This did occur to a small group of customers who had more than 1 designated gift card. Please email us at cs@mypalmetto.co and we can get your gift card access fixed. Thank you.

Downloaded the new app and all my store credit and gift card money was gone. The new app is clunky and not as seamless as the old one.

after experiencing frequent crashing from the previous app and all the different bugs where it wouldn’t carry over additional quantity to your cart, this new app is a much needed improvement. It’s much faster and easier to navigate.
