## What is Palmkin Companion?

Meet your Palmkin – a little persona who lives on your iPhone and Apple Watch, holding a glowing companion in their palm. When you eat, drink, rest and have fun, they glow. When you forget, they droop and gently let you know.

YOUR PERSONA, YOUR STYLE
• Name your persona and dress them in robes, cloaks or armour, with hats, hoods and crowns
• Choose a companion: Lumi the Orb, Pip the Sprout, Flick the Flame, Puff the Cloud or Kit the magic Fox
• Watch their mood change through the day

FOUR SIMPLE NEEDS
• Hunger – fills up as you log meals
• Thirst – water, tea, juice and more
• Stamina – rest and activity from Apple Health
• Spirit – friends, games, music and time outside

LOG IN ONE TAP
• Save your favourite meals, drinks and spirit boosters
• Mark energy drinks and treats that lift your spirit
• Log from your wrist or your iPhone – both stay in sync

GENTLE GOALS
• Maintain, lose or gain – pick a daily calorie goal that fits you
• A calendar shows every day at a glance
• Reminders to drink or eat, at most one every few hours and never while you sleep

ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN
• A persona clock on Apple Watch
• A Home Screen widget that shows how your persona feels

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No accounts, no ads, no tracking
• Apple Health data is only read, never shared
• Everything stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch
• Erase all data any time

Palmkin is a playful wellbeing companion, not medical advice. Calorie and water targets are estimates – talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.
