They advertised a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” chain offer, but after placing the order I received only one chain. I mailed their support team multiple times — but no reply, no resolution. This is nothing less than a scam. If you can’t fulfill your promises, why run such ads everywhere? Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and disappointing. They take money but don’t care about customers. I will also be sharing this experience on social media to make others aware of how this brand cheats customers. Do not trust their offers! ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing – No Real Customer Support! *2025-08-21* I had a terrible experience with the Palmonas app. I ordered a gift for my sister’s birthday, but mistakenly selected the wrong address. I immediately emailed their support (multiple times!), tried every contact listed, and even called their customer support number and waited on hold—no one picked up, ever. Despite all their claims about great service and the Shraddha Kapoor brand hype, there was zero real support. There is NO option in the app to cancel an order or request a refund. My order was delayed for more than 10 days and my sister’s birthday already passed, which completely defeated the purpose of the purchase. After endless emails and calls with no reply, I had to beg them to cancel my order and issue a refund, still with no response. Overall, the app is just hype with no accountability or functioning support team. Don’t fall for the marketing gimmicks. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere reliable. ### 1/5 — Poor Quality and After Sales Service *2025-08-03* I ordered 3 times from this app thinking that it is backed by a big Filmstar icon. But in all three i faced terrible issues. Sometime the items and broken. Sometimes the stones are missing. And sometimes the item gets broke down after wearing for 2-3 times. After sales service is very poor. I requested for replacement. And they replaced the item with the same broke item and took another 10 days for the same. After complaining again. They refunded. ### 1/5 — Worst App ever *2025-08-02, version 1.15.0* The app is very worst and not user friendly. While checking the cart it got hanged and order got placed. Though i tried to cancel the order but there is no option to cancel and mainly customer care service is very very very worst and they will not respond to your call nor to your mails. When I tried contacting on the contact number given on your app, it is also incorrect number on the app. After searching for the return option I got that one on your policy page which is strange. This is so frustrating to place a return or exchange request on your app. I found a glitch on your app which is not able to post the picture by clicking camera option, the app is closing by its own again and again. You should sort that out asap else you will loose trust and good customers too. No proper customer support and no appropriate options. ### 1/5 — Highly Disappointed , Felt Misled by Palmonas *2025-06-23* I ordered 3 products for ₹3003 from Palmonas and received a 4th (a free ball earring). Two of the ordered items had issues — one didn’t fit and the other was a completely wrong product. Despite the mistake being on their end, they refused to exchange it with a different product or take it back at first. After several emails, they finally agreed to a return, but only for store credit. I repeatedly asked for the refund amount and was told ₹1800 by their agent, Nandini. But once they collected the items, they credited only ₹1400, claiming it was as per the invoice. In the end, they effectively charged me for the so-called ‘free’ product that I never asked for. The purpose of asking refund multiple time was to know whether I am getting fair refund or not. No call, no apology, no accountability. They changed their policy mid-way, made a mistake with my order, gave misleading information and reduced the refund without informing me. Very poor service, zero transparency and no respect for customer trust. Would not recommend. ### 1/5 — WORST EXPERIENCE *2025-06-18, version 1.15.0* I placed a order on :- 9th June and since 12th June it is showing out for deliver and till not delivered and not received any call from the deliver partner and every day they delivery attempt failed without call or msg they are updating the status and customer care team is worst team ever they don’t even answer the calls I called them more then 30 times dropping mail but not received any update or msg or mail from your side. I bought four items and didn’t like one but since I was on buy 1 get 1 offer which was not even the offer I could exchange or return all of them. When you try exchanging or returning it doesn’t move forward and just stay stuck on the calculate page. There is no customer service it’s non existent. Customer care number doesn’t work. The order status has remained “unfulfilled” from the beginning. It is now May 9th, and I still haven’t received the product or any communication regarding its status. I’ve sent multiple emails, messages on WhatsApp, and even tried calling — but there has been no response. This has been the worst experience I’ve had so far. It now feels like my money is stuck. Palmonas appears to be nothing more than an overhyped brand. The quality and service seem no different from any ordinary local shop, despite the premium image they try to project. What is even more disappointing is the inconsistency in your stand. If replacement was never covered under your policy, then why was the product replaced earlier? Such contradictory actions only create confusion and raise serious doubts about the credibility of your policies and customer service. As a customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and consistency from a brand that claims to value its customers. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely disappointing. This matter is now done and dusted from my side. I am permanently blocking and removing Palmonas from my choices and will certainly not recommend the brand to others. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-04-07* I have never come across any app this bad, nothing works on the app even the very basic features. I was not able to change delivery phone number in the address while placing order as there was no field for phone number, so it by default took the phone number I logged in the app with, also after placing the order and making the payment, the order is still not showing in the order history and they are spamming with whatsapp notification. Worst app experience ever. ### 1/5 — Poor Logistics handling *2026-03-17* I ordered a gold jewel on 28th feb and received a message on March 7th stating it’s going through quality check but i have not received the product until today 18th March. Customer care was easily approachable but they don’t gave answers and didn’t confirm delivery date. If you order best selling Demi fine jewellery it comes fast but not gold jewellery. I suggest not to buy gold jewellery if you are not ready to wait at least a month. I have requested a cancellation of other product on march 3rd and there is no refund till now. So logistics handling is quite slow. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service and pathetic brand management *2026-01-14* I placed an order in palmonas and then I returned my products as it was not my size and i never got my money back in my account. I got it as plamonas points and when i am trying to place another order for that money it is not letting me even do that!!! What the hell is going on??? It has too many issues!!!! Whenever i try to redeem my points it says your order cannot be processed for this payment method!!!! ### 1/5 — The refund has still not been received even after multiple follow-ups. *2026-01-08* Very disappointing experience with the Palmonas app. Due to an email/account mismatch, my order history did not show up. After returning the product, the refund process was extremely slow. Even after confirmation that the refund was initiated, the amount has still not been credited, and customer support has stopped responding to my emails. The entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I placed my order on October 25th, and the estimated delivery time was 15–20 days. It has now been 25 days, but I still have not received my order. For anyone looking for an honest review :this one’s for you. I purchased two chains under the “Buy One Get One” offer and one without any offer. Honestly, they’re not worth the money. At first, they look amazing, but soon they lose their shine just like any cheap product. Also, if you buy through the “Buy One Get One” deal, any refund will only be credited to their wallet which is pretty useless. So please, don’t waste your money on this brand or its products.
